È un hotel eccellente, ottima posizione non lontano dal centro, molto pulito, il personale è molto cordiale, lo consiglierei vivamente per qualsiasi tipo di scopo.

La camera d'albergo è comoda, pulita, accogliente, buona colazione. L'unica cosa negativa è che la cabina doccia perde; quando si fa la doccia, l'acqua perde sul pavimento.

Clean modern room in a convenient location. Unfortunately there was really loud music coming from downstairs until 3 am on one of the nights. The shower drain is placed in a way that floods the bathroom. I would stay again if they can address the noise problem.

Very beautiful hotel! The shower wasn’t the cleanest and the bathroom was rather small. The location is really good and the independence square is a short walk away. The reception spoke good English which was very helpful. The night of our stay there was a big party on the main floor which caused some disturbances. There is also a stripclub on the 5th floor of the hotel. This also caused a bit of disturbance. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful old hotel!

Good hotel in Minsk heart. Near hotel is nice places to eat with home made food and with europenian food. Not far away from hotel (15min by walk) is famous Zibitskaja bar street. Rooms are very nice in palace style. In last floor of hotel is nice ***** bar with very kind and nice girls.

Every things were awesome! Little bit of issues but all taking care of. I'm expecting room service would give new roll of toilet paper when it running low. I have to ask them for new one.

Good breakfast, 10 minutes walk to the centre. There are many restaurants and cafes near the hotel.

Very good hotel. Nice service. Only Trivago sucks. I do not recommend Trivago. They cheat, teudny contact with them.
