Room was good. Our family loved the pool and slides. Only thing to complain about there was that the pool water and air temperature were both very cold. Made getting in a challenge but otherwise great. All but one staff were amazing. Polite, accommodating, and worked hard. The only exception was the gentleman who checked us in the first day. He was gruff and seemed annoyed that he had to deal with us, despite us being the only people there. Probably just having a bad day.

We chose the hotel because of the pool and waterslide for the kids. The water was very cold, but they had fun. Lots of kids in the halls up until the pool closed at 11 pm because, well, people with kids stay here for the pool. Great staff, and the continental breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. The pull-out couch bed won't win any awards for adult comfort, but kids wouldn't mind it. We'd stay again.

Hello,
I was very disappointed with the sofa bed. When we pulled it out there was a significant amount of food, crumbs, misc on it. Once I cleaned that up, it was so uneven the part closest to the couch was about an inch lower than the extended part. Coils were prominent and it was unable to be slept on. The hotel was full, so we didn’t complain, as there was no rooms to put us in. Very disappointed.

We stayed here for two nights with our young kids, upon arriving discovered our room to be unsafe and unclean, staff quickly fixed the problem for us and moved us to a new room and we’re very kind throughout the process. Overall a very nice hotel and very kind, accommodating staff. We were overall happy with our stay.

Room was left a little dirty. Watched the worker clean top of garbage can the. Wipe counter with same cloth in breakfast area. Would like to say Travis at the front desk was awesome. Probably the best I have ever had

Slides were enjoyed by kids many times . Hot tub was a good temperature , pool was a little to cold . Fitness centre had cardio equipment with some free weights. Juice machine wasn't working. Staff were excellent .

We stay at this hotel at least annually and this was our most disappointing. Room was not ready at check in time, but after a relatively brief wait we were able to get in. Room was nice and big as we except, but was not cleaned well. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, and several other small things. Not enough to change rooms but disappointing nonetheless. Pool area was pretty good, though could have used a cleaning. Breakfast was from 6-9 am and we went down at 8:00 to find several items had run out. After we managed to find enough to eat some were refilled, but not the norm at this location. Overall OK stay, but might look for a new favourite on our next trip.

We LOVE this hotel! The pool amenities are incredible for the whole family, and the front desk was very kind and helpful during check in. Will definitely be back!
