Hotel molto emotivo, al piano di sotto c'è un bar e un ristorante. Le camere sono al piano superiore, molto pulite, arredate con personalità e moderne. È molto comodo viverci. L'odore dei suoi articoli da toeletta è il mio preferito.

Il manager del servizio ci ha detto che la navetta si ferma a mezzanotte, ma ci avrebbe portato un Uber - costo coperto dall'hotel. Egli mi ha chiamato e mi ha seguito con un telefono per farmi sapere quando sarebbe arrivato. Quando l'ho rintracciato l'app Uber indicava che non c'era nessun Uber disponibile, così ci ha chiamato di nuovo e ci ha trovato un altro, ci ha dato il nome della persona e del tempo pazza della licenza. Egli ha controllato tutto e poi ci ha seguito. Tutti liberi. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, è andato di sopra e di là per darci una bella stanza e trattarci con rispetto, anche se era dopo le due. Le camere erano così belle, e le camere erano molto pulite e confortevoli, che i miei 11 anni volevano rimanere lì per altre notti solo perché il personale era così grande. Abbiamo dovuto volare in un evento molto triste e il vostro sostegno e la sua facilità di trattamento ci hanno reso un po' più tollerabile.

We had two rooms booked from Friday October 21 checking out Sunday October 23rd. On Saturday October 22nd upon our return to the room we noticed the door ajar (with no sign of forced entry), and steam emanating from the room and the sound of shower on. Upon entry we found all hot water taps were going full blast, the room had been ransacked and our items strewn about. The thief took my purse, laptop, daughter’s iPad and various other personal effects. I immediately went to the front desk where the clerk told me to call the police myself. No hotel security came to our aid. And when the police were finally called - no one from the hotel bothered to participate in the investigation. When I asked for another room for me and my 11 year old daughter to sleep so we would feel safe, we were told we’d “have to wait until the police investigation was done” ie several hours into the morning. When I called the front desk again to ask if we could please switch to another room - she hung up on me. I was livid. When I called the front desk back to ask again about switching rooms, a woman security officer said “you’re going to listen to me… you are not getting another room!”. Upon hearing this we packed our bags and found a room at the Hilton down the street. While waiting for our Uber to arrive (this is at 1 am by then) I approached the front desk to tell them we were leaving and to ask for the hotel manager’s name and number. I was then told by this front desk clerk to “google it”. And when I reacted in anger , this security “officer” then started coming toward me and menacing me. So we left. When I went back the next day - I asked for a refund and was told to send the police case file #. Which I did and emailed Sunday morning by 11:30 am. I still have not heard back about the investigation or any refund. So not only were we robbed by someone who obviously was given access to our room, but we were told to stay in a steaming, wet ransacked room and mistreated by a belligerent front desk clerk and her coworker security guard. If you are a woman travelling alone with a child, don’t stay at this property if you have a choice!
