Upon entering the room i quickly realized it was filthy. We couldnt find the TV remote so I pulled out the sofa bed to not only find the remote but tons of trash, garbage, and smashed candy on the cushions. I can handle little mishaps but there were kids toys, pop cans, candy wrappers and more. If a housekeeping missed that then i question if bed sheets were even washed.
Managment offered to upgrade our room to the 2nd floor and we accepted.
An hour after getting settled in we realized we were charged $312 instead of $212 for our room.
Fast forward to our pool time, as we were trying to enter the pool area we were quickly stopped and told we needed wrist bands. When we checked it, there was no mention of needing a wrist band. Then we couldnt use the hot tub as planned because there were 20-30 little kids splashing around in it as if it was a bath tub. Again, hotel workers were busy monitoring wrist bands but failed to monitor hot tub capacity.
We left the pool area after a short time because it was not enjoyable. We thought we would run down the road to grab a quick bite and after returning we had no where to park. The street was even full. We parked in a nearby parking lot and had to walk back to the hotel. I wish there was a place to share photos here. Ive read bad reviews before and always said it couldnt have been that bad. Dont even get me started on the noisy neighbors during. Believe me when ii tell you, its not a good place to stay. Find a different hotel.
