Hotel in zona Neiman Marcus Last Call, Milpitas

Short Review: This place is Terrible. Rooms outdated, no housekeeping, self parking is expensive, and no room service/food service, HVAC is Impossible, breakfast food staff closes early, but if you like to get asked on a date by their cooks, you will enjoy the egg station. DONT Stay Here. Long Review: I am a Hilton diamond member and stay at many places throughout the year. My last stay was Feb 2023 here. Prior to the pandemic this place was great. After the pandemic, Absolutely terrible. I stayed for 7 nights. and requested house keeping to which i was informed would only happen on my 4th night. THIS IS WAY DIFFERENT FROM THE EMBASSY SUITES IN WALNUT CREEK 30 MIN AWAY. Note that most Hiltons will provide housekeeping upon request. I was informed that management at each hotel makes this choice. So I waited. on the 4th night, no housekeeping because they forgot. And then the rest of the nights no one was able to get to the room due to staff shortages. Keep in mind, other rooms were completed. The room had cosmetic damage, the washing machines didn't work so I had to take laundry off site, the restaurant didn't deliver room service. All of these amenities are up to hotel management to restore after the pandemic and you can tell that they don't care about their guest experience. I Talked to the front desk manager who said there was nothing she could do about housekeeping, room service, or room issues. All she could offer me was fresh towels and a 20 dollar credit. and in reality its not her fault. Hotel Management above her doesn't care so why should she? I would also like to note that because of the lack of housekeeping the hallways look like one giant trash walkway. People leave old door dash food, room trash, dirty towels and more outside their door for pickup and it DOESNT GET PICKED UP FOR DAYS! Pandemic is over, the rooms are fully booked and while 1 or 2 people leaving trash outside their room was ok in 2020 its not ok when the whole floor smells of trash and dirty towels. Lets Talk about the Room Once you get in, First of all if its winter, the room is BAKING HOT, its because of their ”two pipe system” pretty much Management doesn't care about you, so they aren't going to upgrade their system from 1920 something. so I had to turn off the system (which just meant that hot air would come out a little less forceful from the vent) and open the sliding door to the outside. Lastly, Breakfast is the main feature of any hotel and this place has a full hot breakfast, but good luck kids. I stayed for business, and would meet co-workers for breakfast. Many of our female co-workers were uncomfortable going to the egg station because the cooks kept asking them for dates or drinks. SOO the men had to get the eggs. they close the breakfast at least 30 minutes early so you have to ask the staff for many things like butter, jelly, bagels, hot water etc because they pack all that stuff up early and close the sliding doors to make it look like it

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti al Hilton Garden Inn SJ/Milpitas. Mi piace la stanza nuovamente ristrutturata, pulita e il personale era amichevole. Tuttavia, purtroppo ho avuto un incidente relativo durante il mio soggiorno che voglio condividere. La prima mattina del mio soggiorno, qualcuno ha colpito la nostra porta alle 8 e l'ha aperta. Supponiamo che fosse un'abitazione, ma la persona non si annunciava come ”abitazione” come di solito. Fortunatamente, abbiamo avuto la chiusura della porta di sicurezza, quindi la persona non poteva aprire la porta ampiamente. Non ci siamo pensati molto e ci siamo ripresi a letto. Non potevamo vedere chi fosse, mentre la persona chiuse la porta quando ci siamo alzati per controllare. Poi, alla mattina, alle 9:30, sono andato giù per colazione. Quando sono tornato in camera, mio figlio mi ha informato che qualcuno aveva ancora colpito la porta e questa volta la persona poteva aprire la porta e camminare all'interno (Questa volta la serratura della porta di sicurezza non era in posizione, quindi sono andato fuori per andare a letto e mio figlio era ancora a letto). Era un uomo, e quando vide mio figlio, presto uscì dalla stanza. Ero comprensibilemente turbato e immediatamente chiamato il dipartimento di fronte a riferire l'incidente. Il personale ha condotto un'indagine per scoprire chi era l'uomo e mi ha chiamato un'ora dopo per informarmi che era un nuovo custode. Tuttavia, mi sembra difficile credere che un custode non sapesse annunciarsi prima di entrare nella stanza di un ospite, e non ho mai ricevuto una scusa dalla direzione dell'hotel o alcuna spiegazione ulteriore di ciò che è successo. Era terribile e sospetto che non mi avessero detto la verità; non sarebbe potuto succedere nulla in quel 30 minuti che mio figlio era solo in camera mentre andai a trovarmi veloce. Mentre apprezzo la pulizia della stanza e l'amicizia del personale, questo incidente mi ha reso incomodo e preoccupato per la sicurezza del mio soggiorno. Spero che l'hotel prenda provvedimenti per garantire la sicurezza e la privacy dei suoi ospiti in futuro.

La stanza è molto nuova, la posizione è buona, la sensazione complessiva è buona!

L'hotel San Clara Cayenne è molto conveniente per parcheggiare sulla strada e ha un grande parcheggio hotel. L'ambiente è buono. L'igiene è buona. L'atteggiamento di servizio dell'hotel è buono.

It was a bit tough to navigate to on foot, and it was far from things. But it was a fantastic atmosphere, friendly service, and stuff.

E' stato bello e facile, ha fatto la prenotazione per i miei genitori che aspettavano che mi dassero un intero giro, ma è stato bello e facile. Ho fatto la prenotazione sotto il nome di mio padre e nessun problema. Grazie!!!!!!!

L'hotel è molto nuovo, le camere sono spaziose, e molto vicino alle aziende tecnologiche

La stanza è grande, il letto è anche comodo, la luce è abbastanza grande da caricare e molto conveniente.Ci sono anche le lampadine calde che aiutano a dormire bene sulla testa. La reception dell'hotel ha una calda piscina d'acqua calda nella sala fitness di giardino. Sono andato a nuotare per mezz'ora la mattina. L'acqua è leggermente dolce, ma molto piacevole. La tariffa di alloggio non include la colazione, quindi non c'è esperienza. C'è un negozio di borghese accanto.Guida fuori 4-5 minuti e ci sono anche alcuni posti per mangiare. La fabbrica Tesla è vicino, ma non c'è nessuna prenotazione per visitare il sito. Parcheggio dell'hotel $10 per una notte.Il parcheggio ha anche un caricabatterie, ma è sempre occupato, stiamo ancora guidando alla stazione di carica rapida di Walmart. L'hotel ha pagato il mio costo di accesso online a 13 dollari. Non so se qualcuno di noi abbia mal puntato una chiave di aggiornamento.Chieda alla reception, mi ha aiutato a cancellare la domanda finanziaria, ma più di un pezzo di servizio non può essere cancellato.Il trattamento è efficiente, amichevole e molto soddisfacente! L'hotel paga $75 in anticipo per il prezzo.

It is very new and clean. Hertz has an office nearby so it is convient for car rental. Car charging is avialable in the basement parking. The breakfirst is good.
