Royal Motel Miles

I’d like to talk about all the good things about this motel when we stayed on the 3rd September. . Like , it’s convenient location , it’s cleanliness , it’s good pricing , the large rooms , balconies . BUT , it was hard to ignore the awful service we received when checking in. From the outset it was clear old mate must have had a bad day , the surly look , the lack of any greeting at all , the monosyllabic answers ( old mate that means one word ) . And to top it all off , he makes an offensive sarcastic comment to one of our group who asked a simple question. There is plenty of Motels in Miles , no need to put up with such poor service , we won’t be back , we will find another motel , one that appreciates our custom.

The room was spacious and clean. The owners were friendly and helpful. A short drive to the main street for a nice meal. Would definitely recommend to other travellers and will be staying again when we pass back through.
