酒店就在湖泉生態園，環境很好👍入住前一天還免費為我們升級了房型，免費接送高鐵站，對於我們帶一羣娃娃出行的家庭而言簡直不要太貼心❤️每個房間贈送了伴手禮🎁玫瑰花醋好好喝😊工作人員都很有禮貌 服務非常周到細緻🎉

分開兩晚訂了不同的房型。第一晚入住的時候就打了招呼，前台説了給我留好房了。
第二天出去之前又再去確認了一次，她們説登記了，等別人退房打掃完回來拿房卡就行。
下午接近4點我才回到酒店準備拿房卡。
結果！！沒有我的房間！確認了幾百次！都沒有！我拿着確認信確認號，他們一直在查。叫我去沙發坐着等。
fine，一開始我還耐心等。等了好一會他們也打了幾個電話在查。我再走過去問，他們也不解釋究竟是哪裡？哪個環節出了問題！和我説再等一下，等打掃衞生好了再入住。
當時已經將近下午五點！！還要我等！在我反覆提前打招呼並辦理過入住的情況下出了這樣的事，沒有任何解釋！就是讓我等！
火一下子上來了！但凡你給我個理由，哪裡出錯了，或者有什麼苦衷。要是合理的我可以互相理解。但這樣處理的方式真的讓人很生氣！！
最後他們在我明顯發脾氣的情況下升級了一個大床的。呵呵 我都不知道你們這個房間究竟叫不叫升級，我原本訂的就是雙床帶池。
可笑的是，沖涼房是沒有熱水的！笑死了！這是一間故障房吧！？
這樣的情況，在原本住了一晚有好感的情況下，在第二天全敗光了！必須差評

房間面積挺大的。
衞生還可以。
酒店很新。床品很舒服。
停車庫，和酒店是相連通的，但是要爬樓梯上下…有行李的話要先把車開到門口裝卸…比較不方便。
前台態度比較冷漠。有個經理倒是很熱情。
早餐那些員工要給個大大的贊！有一天要早出門早餐還沒開，他們先幫我們煮麪，這點很感激！

滿心期待的雲南旅遊第一站，入住温德姆温泉酒店，地理位置優越，前台小姐姐看有小朋友🧒免費升級一間觀景房，房間視野太舒服了，窗外就是湖面，房間的温泉也很給力最感動的是電梯門口一大堆的免費礦泉水隨便自取，不像很多酒店得問前台要，很暖心的一次體驗，温德姆將會是未來行程住宿的第一選擇

房間真的非常不錯，晚上泡個澡，舒服又解乏，房間很大，安靜，晚上睡的很香。
視野很好，旁邊是生態公園，綠色的湖水，走過去吹吹風，悠閑自得。
酒店有接送服務，商務車，可以順便按個摩，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度好，非常值得推薦，入住體檢滿分。
還有早餐也很豐盛，忘記拍照了。

今年到雲南過年 第一站去到彌勒 酒店就留下了非常好的印象！
1. 工作人員都非常友好 貼心，溝通順暢，不僅為我們免費升了房，還邀請我們參加的酒店的年會，簡直了～過年氛圍感滿滿～暖暖的！
2. 酒店維護很新 衞生乾淨 房間實景就是官方圖片那樣，沒有差別，看出去風景也很好.
3. 早餐種類也很多 口味好 餐廳乾淨.
4. 樓頂温泉也舒服 小孩子尤其喜歡，每天都有換水，衞生方面做得很好，室外還有游泳池可以拍照.
總體非常滿意 爭取今年夏天再來一次！
ps：酒店就在湖泉旁邊 湖邊跑步鍛鍊也很方便，整個環境還有一點海濱城市的感覺～城市衞生也很可！到處乾乾淨淨，吃東西美味 性價比還高！這個城市給我的第一印象太好了😀

酒店位置比較清凈，定了帶泡池的房間，去了兩天泡了三次，很舒服，每天晚上有免費的銀耳湯，還有免費車站接送，服務不錯，特別感謝送站小帥哥，當天氣温很冷，車內空調調得很舒服，行李下車幫提到站上

非常喜歡湖邊的住宿體驗，安靜、空氣清新；傍晚環湖散步，欣賞波光粼粼，水鳥齊飛。酒店的7樓有温泉，適合家人、朋友、公司聚會，貼心配備了泳裝、紅酒。露台燒烤一定要試一下，天然食材配上彌勒特有的蘸料，是犒勞味蕾的最佳選擇。自助洗衣房完美解決了女生衣服換洗的心結；房間的小度智能是我這樣懶人的福音。對了，這裏的茶葉不錯，大堂和7樓都配了茶台和茶葉，可以自己動手。整體來説算得上性價比很不錯的酒店啦。

因為是分開定的所所以可以點評兩次，上一條寫的我的讚美，這一條需要提出不足。大堂的咖啡機咖啡太難喝，前台可能是新來的，服務態度可以，但水平不足，給我續房，房卡不更新，第二天我折返跑一趟房卡還是沒刷上，衹能讓清潔阿姨給先開門，當時累死了，早飯的飲料只有粉末泡的，咖啡也是速溶的。但總體還是滿意的，這個酒店我覺得值得推薦！
