To miejsce, z którego wrócicie naładowani dobrą energią, w którym wypoczniecie i co ważne (!) bardzo smacznie zjecie... Śniadania - szwedzki stół, który mimo, że długi ugina się od rodzajów potraw. Przepyszne pasty, sałatki, swojskie wędliny, dopieszczane w tutejszej kuchni sery (z czarnuszką wymiata!), wędzone ryby, marynowane grzyby, ... mogłabym tak długo... wszystko świeże i co ważne lokalne Obiadokolacje - różnorodne i naprawdę BARDZO smaczne. Dania z karty - bo można równie zjeść w restauracji - wyważone i zaskakujące połączenia smaków, świeże i czuć, że przygotowane z naprawdę dobrej jakości składników Pokoje - czyste i wygodnie wyposażone. Widok z okna - wycisza i relaksuje. Obsługa - pomocna i przesympatyczna, mogłabym ich określić jako akumulatory tego niezwykłego miejsca. Dawno nie miałam do czynienia z tak zaangażowanymi w swoją pracę pracownikami. Nie mówię oczywiście o wszystkich, ale to, co widziałam i odczuwałam sprawiło, że muszę o tym wspomnieć, bo to kolejny i niezwykle ważny walor tego niezwykłego miejsca. Polecam, wrócę i tęsknić będę...

L'hotel si trova molto idylico sul bellissimo lago Czos e ha accesso diretto al lago. Ideale per gli ospiti che desiderano fare una passeggiata su una strada ben sviluppata. Il centro è a circa 2,5 km e il prossimo grande supermercato a circa 1,5 km. Le camere sono conveniente e semplicemente attrezzate. La pulizia non ha avuto alcuna contestazione. Vorrei sottolineare la cena che è sempre stata ricco e deliziosa, ma purtroppo ci sono stati meno impressioni e esperienze. Nel ristorante e nel suo personale di servizio c'era una dipendente che ci ha sentito molto inamici, in parte incoraggianti, negativi. La signora ha parlato molto bene e senza accento tedesco e, secondo le mie ricerche, è un ambiente diretto di gestione dell'hotel. La mancanza di tipiche bottiglie di cortesia, come ”per favore” o ”grazie”, e un saluto si sono trascinati per tutta la settimana, e vorrei citare un altro esempio. Nel pane serale, un signore anziano, che aveva problemi visibili a causa delle limitazioni fisiche, mi ha aiutato a raggiungere la lecca profonda, e ho sollevato un po' la scala di taglio per agevolargli il ritiro. Mi sono poi attaccato con un suono immediato e brutto, e vorremmo ricordare ancora una volta che tutti gli altri dipendenti del personale di servizio sono stati esclusi da questa critica, e non vi sono state riserve. E' sempre gentile, preconcettuale e cortese, ma non solo noi abbiamo fatto queste esperienze negative. Di conseguenza, gran parte del nostro gruppo ha lasciato la Mazuria la sera e preferisce che la sera si distrugga nell'hotel vicino, sulla bella terrazza. Per ragioni come la Mazuria, non posso esprimere alcuna raccomandazione. La situazione non è sempre sufficiente.
