Great little find right next to the beach. One block from the boardwalk, easy access to shopping, convenience, stores, and dining. I was in town for a trade show at the convention center and was able to wake up and go to the beach every morning and grab cold pressed juice and coffee. On my way to the show every day. Great for people who don’t need a Hotel experience

The management is horrible. Our unit had no AC the day of arrival and we had to wait till after 5pm for our new room the next day. Don’t stay here. They don’t provide good customer service. The fact we paid money to get a room without AC for pretty much two days is ridiculous.

With the cigarette butts, no parking and the demolished property next door it felt unsafe and not a place to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Did not even stay a night

My husband and I booked here to celebrate our honeymoon in Miami. Check-in was not hard as it was virtual, but i did have to reach out to the team as they did not email me the code to enter the studio as they were supposed to. Easy fix, but as we arrived, the room was nowhere near what it looks like in their advertisement. It was not clean, there were dirty fingerprints all over the chairs, counters were not wiped clean, food drippings on the walls...the floor tiles were not grouted in which caused them to shift and pinch my feet while walking through the room. Paint peeling from the walls. The room was so dirty, plus we did not feel very safe in the area, that we decided we could not stay here. Had to phone a different hotel and luckily found something better down the road. ******* was helpful in handling the situation (however I tried the live chat 3 times, but the only time someone looked into this for me was when I called them), and so was Chenie from the Lowkl team. They did what they could to accommodate my situation and ultimately gave me a refund. But as it stands I would not recommend this location to anyone and feel I need to write an honest review.

Excellent location, just one block from the beach. They send all necessary information, including codes and self-check-in/out instructions, via email. However, upon arrival, the code to enter my unit wasn't functioning, and there was no direct contact for assistance. Resorting to calling a random number found on the internet, I received an alternative code that also proved unsuccessful. Eventually, I was provided with a physical key, though the promised lock repair never materialized. Throughout my stay, I noticed several other guests experiencing similar issues with the entry system.

Unhappy. It took me lots of time and efforts to get check in instructions!! Asked, and I was ready to pay, i really needed early check-in, NOONE CARED Service is bad. Room is ok, its like an old motel transformed to studio appts.

The photo is diffrent that propety in Real life. We have a problem with door. I Lost my money to uber Because 3 time per day the battery in door is not working. The hotel dont even give me reconpesation. Another stuff was great
