Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel dal 31 dicembre al 2 gennaio e altre due notti la settimana successiva. Posizione ottima (Ocean Drive) a South Beach, l'hotel è in stile art déco con camere abitabili (io avevo la quadrupla) confortevoli e pulite; bagno non troppo grande ma con doccia spaziosa. La struttura mette a disposizione gratuitamente anche i teli mari per andare in spiaggia. Personale cortese e sempre gentile pronto a risolvere ogni problema. Consigliato.

Hotel molto famigliare... posizione strategica nel centro di ocean drive.stanze belle in particolare quelle ocean view.. Bello il ristorante dell'hotel e personale super gentile e disponibile Wes e Cris mi hanno aiutato fino a notte inoltrata al telefono con un call center per un problema con il nostro volo CONSIGLIATISSIMO..

Tipico hotel in stile art d’eco, situato nel centro della movida di south Beach, un po’ spartano ma a un passo dal mare , basta attraversare la strada e sei in spiaggia. Personale disponibile in particolare Claudio che ci ha accolti al check in.

The a**osphere and the staff were phenomenal! What a great environment. Had a wonderful time! Our server at breakfast was a complete doll!! Would definitely go back. They got our room ready when we arrived early and check out with seamless.

The hotel was very nice. Clean and very cute boutique style! The people were fantastic! From the checkin to wait staff, wonderful folks! Food was great. Quiet..allowed early checkin. Right across from the beach and very convenient to the Port.

The location was great and room had nice view, however there is one important thing to keep in mind: they do not clean your room unless you make a special request. Since we were not advised of this policy on checkin, we had no way of knowing about this bizarre policy, and by the time we realized in the afternoon that no maid had come, we were told it was too late and the maid had left. It was quite an unpleasant experience (our floor had somehow become quite sandy) and also quite odd that no one seemed apologetic about this at checkout (even someone who had “manager” on her name tag.

Loved everything about Colony Hotel, the location, the beach, the vibe, the culture, the outdoor gyms across the street, the Scarface theme, the room, staff, service, the food, the coffee…everything!! Other reviewers complained about music late at night. I say to them come on! What else should you expect ? Music is the soul of the place. We had no problem with that. I had my earplugs on and slept at night like a baby. My partner did not even need his. Loved this hotel, will be back for sure.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were smaller than I like, reminded me a lot of hotels in New York, however they were clean, the beds were comfortable, and it served its purpose because we only needed them to sleep. The hotel staff was AMAZING. It was my birthday and they all treated me like I was the Queen of England my entire trip. The restaurant staff which is separate, Love, Love, Love. Loved the two ladies that were hostess, and bartender throughout my stay. Both went so above and beyond to make my trip special we ended up buying them a gifts on our last day. I was initially going to stay in downtown and my friend who is from Miami said you want to be on the beach and she was absolutely right. The life of Miami is on Ocean Drive. The Colony will definitely be my go to Hotel for Future Trips.

Nostalgic, very comfortable, clean, great location close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Mariana and Monica can not wait to visit again
