Hotel in zona Plaza Uruguay, Città del Messico

La seconda volta che soggiorni nell'hotel, la posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, centinaia di metri di strada di riforma nel centro della città, il business è molto sviluppato intorno al supermercato, il ristorante è completo, il cibo cinese, il cibo coreano e il cibo giapponese sono tutti completi. La stanza non è molto grande, anche in città di Muskey è grande. Il prezzo è un po'piccolo durante l'esposizione, e la colazione non è buona, La varietà è ricca, la piscina è un po'piccola, il bagno può vedere e l'attrezzatura fisica è completa.L'esperienza complessiva è buona.

Buona igiene raffinata, buona atteggiamento di servizio, è stato raccomandato ai suoi amici.

La posizione è buona e vicina alla strada della riforma della prigione indipendente. E'molto sicuro, nella zona dei ricchi. La stanza è piccola e un po'congestionata. La colazione è buona. Il servizio di ricezione dell'hotel è buono. L'ambiente circostante è molto prospero e caldo.

Las instalaciones, la atención es excelente y la ubicación esta cerca de varios restaurantes y suma más a la experiencia.

Nos hemos quedado en varias ocasiones cuando venimos a CDMX. Normalmente bien, detalles pero cosas normales. Llegamos en esta ocasión, nos tocó una habitación remodelada pero hubo ruido toda la noche, como si arrastraran cosas, o estuvieran trabajando, además, en el muro de la habitación se oye un sonido extraño, se marcó a las 4 de la mañana a recepción y nos dijeron que la habitación de a un lado estaba vacía y que era imposible que hubiera ruido, que no podían ayudar. Ni siquiera lo vinieron a revisar o algo. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche. El ruido del muro continúa.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Not the perfect scenario but my flight landed into Mexico City at 1.20 am. I arrived at my original hotel that was having technical issues their PMS system was down so they could not check people in or out. They recommended this hotel for being safe and nice rooms. I arrived at the hotel and the doorman/bellman was perfect. But upon trying to check in the night auditor Juan would not allow me to check-in for a reservation I just made online 5 minutes before I approached the front desk so I could check-in. He advised to come back at 3pm. There was no solution provided to offer to check me in a day early. No offer of checking in early is an additional fee. No option of lets change your reservation the third party. He was kind of rude about it. I also had to ask for my passport back once he refused check-in. Service is obviously questionable in the overnight staff. Juan did not apologize or offer to call a taxi after he refused service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone that is paying for their room. And then did not offer a refund or any compensation.

Love it - the hotel is close to the metro a few stops away from the central square. Rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. Even so it is next to big road the sound proofing is good and you can sleep well. Room service is great too. No doubt I pick it again, if I come to CDMX.

Excelente servicio por parte de todo el Staff del hotel, la recepcionista muy atenta y en todo momento dando los detalles sobre nuestro alojamiento, el desayuno incluido muy rico y sobre todo el trato del Sr. Armando que fue excelente en todo momento, muy amable, atento y servicial, gracias a personas cómo él, hacen la estancia muy amena, recomiendo muchísimo Hotel City Express La Villa!

Muy bien el lugar lo recomiendo desde las instalaciones asta la atención muy tranquilo y seguro
