Ottimo posto all'interno dell'aeroporto?

Located inside terminal 1, Hilton hotel at Mexico City airport is agreed choice for travelers. The rooms are great. Hotel restaurant offers delicious meals

I booked the hotel just for the location. But to get to the hotel the elevators didn’t work, too expensive to get that kind of service

Hôtel in a good position inside the airport. A little bit expensive

The ladies in reception have been treating us badly. Respectfully, they should take some customer service. A hotel like this, should not be allowing “hot water” to be cold in the shower, their TVs have their wifi network blocked so you can’t connect to apps like Netflix, and the gym is out of service.

Very convenient location to catch an early morning flight. Just a few steps to check-in counters. Also parking lot access is very convenient to avoid the crowded airport hallway

Lovely stay and relaxing environment

The carpet in my room had a mold smell which made my stay uncomfortable. But staff were very friendly and the service overall was good.

The hotel was clean, the service was good. AC did not work but once mention to service, they fixed it within 1/2 hr.

住過的最貴且最爛的Hilton, 沒有之一，房間很小，照明暗，房間對着裏面的院子不能開窗，隔音非常差，走道有人説話走路關門都很清晰，浴巾毛巾估計幾年沒換了很硬，沒有牙刷拖鞋，大堂很小，電梯兩部壞了一部，很慢一次衹能三個人，也就是機場近一個好處。

因轉機需過夜，所以訂了這家酒店。雖然語言不是溝通的很順暢，好在服務人員很有耐心。服務人員熱情周到！有需要繼續關注！

La localizacion de este hotel es muy buena para los viajeros que no quieren salir del aeropuerto. El servicio es muy bueno, personal del front desk me ayudo a guardar mi maleta por dos dias. Lo unico que no me gusta es que es muy obscuro

처음가시는 분들은 위치 때문에 좀 헤매실텐데.. 멕시코시티 터미널1 에서 8번 게이트에서 밖으로 나가시면 안되고 안쪽으로 들어가셔서 에스컬레이트나 엘리베이터 타고 3층으로 가셔야 됩니다! 룸 컨디션도 아주 좋았고 공항안에 24시간 스벅 등 식사도 전혀 문제 없습니다. 다음날 오전 비행기로 이동하셔야 되면 아주 좋은 선택지입니다. 마지막으로 터미널 1에서 2로 이동이 필요하시면 6번 출구에서 나가서 흰색버스(무료) 타시면 되고, 빨간색 버스는 20페소 지불하셔야 합니다!
