The front service personnel was very attentive and friendly. The rooms need attention, towels and bedding sheets very old, not up to the Hilton standards. The lift was not working, not the first time we find this problem. The AC in the room was not working well (couldn’t cool the room down properly).

Had an 8 hour layover and this hotel was just what I needed to rest after a 16 hour flight !

We got in really late and you don’t even want to know what was dried all over our sheets in a supposedly “cleaned” room. We asked for someone to come change the sheets. They had nobody working at that time since it was after midnight. So they gave us a set of new sheets that we changed ourselves. I was absolutely disgusted. Never again.

Located inside terminal 1, Hilton hotel at Mexico City airport is agreed choice for travelers. The rooms are great. Hotel restaurant offers delicious meals

I booked the hotel just for the location. But to get to the hotel the elevators didn’t work, too expensive to get that kind of service

The ladies in reception have been treating us badly. Respectfully, they should take some customer service. A hotel like this, should not be allowing “hot water” to be cold in the shower, their TVs have their wifi network blocked so you can’t connect to apps like Netflix, and the gym is out of service.

Very convenient location to catch an early morning flight. Just a few steps to check-in counters. Also parking lot access is very convenient to avoid the crowded airport hallway

The carpet in my room had a mold smell which made my stay uncomfortable. But staff were very friendly and the service overall was good.
