This lovely gem is right in the heart of the city! The interior hallways are sleek and modern while homage to a historic past. The building is a former law office and the interior is a classic courtyard presentation. The restaurants and bar are on the roof top, which is the 5th floor. My room was on the street side and I got an upgrade due to my Hilton status, so I had this huge suite on the 4th floor with incredible views of the interior when I opened my door. The bathroom was roomy and spacious. The shower was huge with both a hand held and a shower rainfall option. I had dual sinks and the lotion and other amenities were very nice. The bed was comfy, the windows could open and there were many lighting options. There was bedside lighting, overhead lighting and more. It was quite amazing! The bedroom was all white and quite bright. My ”living room” was dark, but had so many additional lighting options, plus the record player, TV, and the bright window for when the curtains were open. The sliding door between the 2 rooms was perfect. And, I had not only a desk with hand sanitizer, but also a small dining table with 2 chairs in my ”living room”. It was a heavenly stay. Now, the pool was tiny, but the hot tub was lovely and the cocktails were nice! Breakfast at Oliva was included for me and was delicious. The other restaurant on the rooftop, Paixa Do was also quite amazing. Creative food and a gorgeous view with excellent service and a great wine selection. What else? The front desk staff and bellmen were lovely. The concierge was a little odd to me, so I ignored him after the first day. It was easy to take an Uber from my hotel and the Uber was very cheap in US $. Within walking distance were a few Sanbornes, a money exchange place, and some nice restaurants. I totally would return here again. It was my fifth trip to Mexico City in the last 15-20 years and I've stayed only in 1 other place twice. Again, this is a fantastic place to stay...I almost forgot to mention the private movie theater upstairs, the art gallery and the records (vinyl LPs) that one could take and play on bluetooth speakers in your room! What a treat!

Personalmente pensa che sia buono. Il personale è molto amichevole.Le strutture sono anche buone. Si è diviso in una stanza sceneggiata con balcone, una stanza super grande. La reception ci aiuta a prenotare l'autista all'aeroporto.Non c'è un blocco all'aeroporto quel giorno, circa venti minuti.

This place gets a no from me. Principally, it's because we were awoken at 7A to smoke filling the room. I went out to the living area and proceeded to have a panic attack because I couldn't breathe. For the record, the hallways were much better. I rushed downstairs and stayed outside until the front desk could send someone up to do something to make it better. Definitely not a relaxing experience. Now, the hotel would say, we left a piece of paper on the check-in counter for you explaining this would happen. Yes, you did, but this is unacceptable all the same. Some folks will have asthma or other breathing issues and this could be potentially very serious for them to deal with. I happened to have a cold. Giving notice on check-in isn't enough notice. In addition, most of the lights were that bright white light I hate because it reminds me of hospitals. Plus, certain window areas were filled with dust. Ick. Just not a good hotel experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the room service prompt, and the breakfast downstairs was fine so two stars.

The hotel is very modern and clean, it has TVs that you can cast Netflix etc from your phone on. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a nice location and I felt safe in the area and the hotel without my husband and with three small children. There is a mall and Walmart within walking distance and there are no problems getting an Uber taxi or food delivered. It’s easy and cheap to get around to the main sites. The negatives are they don’t have fridges in the rooms, ice is available but they give it to you in a plastic bag rather than an ice bucket. We needed the ice to keep baby bottles cool, our plug on the sink didn’t close and we had nothing else to put them in. The second negative is that the cleaners keep taking the spare room keys from the slot by the door even if you haven’t pushed it down to activate the lights when you are out it will be taken. The third negative is about the Starbucks at the hotel. There is a young man who works there and he just couldn’t get the orders right, I went there three times he was working and each one of those drinks were incorrect. It really annoyed me that he would would then strongly push for a tip when he isn’t great at his job. The one day my 4 year old ordered a strawberries and cream Frappuccino and he got served a small cappuccino! The last negative is that the a/c is terrible, it doesn’t get very cold but makes the air quality terrible. Our noses were all dried out and cut by the time we left.

Questa è la seconda volta che si ferma. Quando si ferma per 19 anni, mi sento molto male. Non so se sia il livello superiore di questa stanza.Ma il loro personale di servizio è davvero lento, non è necessariamente in grado di inviarlo per mezz'ora 😅. Ma la posizione è davvero buona, camminando per pochi minuti dalla piazza costituzionale, e ci sono poliziotti intorno, quindi è più sicuro.

Il mio soggiorno all'hotel MX Lagunilla è stato molto piacevole, all'arrivo il check-in è stato molto efficiente e ci hanno dato una camera migliore di quella che avevo prenotato, il servizio è stato molto attento e il personale cordiale, le strutture impeccabili, sembravano molto puliti e manutenzione frequente, ma nonostante ciò siamo andati nelle giornate calde a Città del Messico e le camere non avevano il ventilatore o l'aria condizionata (abbiamo chiesto e nessun conto con questo servizio) inoltre l'acqua non poteva essere regolata (o era molto caldo o faceva molto freddo) Internet è pessimo. Vorrei infine precisare che la strada antistante è in fase di sistemazione, quindi non c'è passaggio veicolare ma a pochi metri di distanza c'è un gruppo di brutte persone in una casa di tela sul marciapiede che fumava ********* e dava un brutta sensazione . Nonostante questo, se analizziamo qualità-prezzo, l'hotel offre molto in cambio di poco, molto grazie al personale e tanto successo. Soggiornerei di nuovo negli hotel MX ma in un'altra posizione?

Il quartiere è difficile raggiungere in poche ore, sono arrivato e alcune strade sono state chiuse sotto manutenzione, da essere pochi blocchi mi ci ha voluto un'ora extra per arrivare al luogo anche il taxi, tenere conto che il posto è vicino ai bar e alla musica perché è rumore durante le notti, e l'a/c non funzionava correttamente, non c'era tovaglioli all'arrivo anch'io dovevo chiederle

I really wanted to love this hotel. But a few things kept that from happening. Here's the summary: + Great location. Not on Reforma, but on the Rapid Bus line that gets you there in just a few minutes. This is clean and efficient. Also sits above a mall, with supermarket and is adjacent to a giant Wal-Mart. The hotel is on the freeway to the airport. + Very clean. The maids were friendly and hard working. The place is spotless and clean! + Quiet. I was on the top floor and heard zero noise from neighbors or the street. + Price. The rate was excellent as a frequent guest of Fiesta Rewards. (-) The room is bare bones. There is no refrigerator (so no storage for the supermarket in the mall). Ice, glasses, cups, are all on request and must be delivered. (-) Major problems with the air conditioning. The window does not open, so you must rely on A/C 100%. The problem is that the central air conditioner will not get cold. It only gets cool. I had to sleep on top of the bed, and the hotel engineer would not fix it. Even if it is cool at night, you will be warm since you can't open the window and the hotel A/C is limited. The hotel should run more chilling equipment 24/7.

Questa era una soggiorno molto piacevole. Il personale del desk front e i custodi erano molto benvenuti e professionisti. La stanza era eccellente con letti confortevoli e spazio di magazzinaggio ampio. Mi è piaciuto davvero la doccia, l'acqua calda e la pressione forte. Il quartiere non è il più bello, ma si sentiva al sicuro e ha un metrobus quasi davanti, a soli 2 minuti a piedi. L'unica raccomandazione per il miglioramento sarebbe di aggiungere una piccola microonde. Il caffè dalla piccola macchina del caffè si raffredda molto rapidamente.

Questo hotel è una spazzatura, le foto che sono ovunque sono super sfasciate, all'arrivo la facciata dell'hotel mi ha detto che il soggiorno sarebbe stata una cattiva esperienza, all'arrivo la stanza aveva il bagno proprio nella stessa stanza del bagno Quando si bagna, si deve uscire dal sanita' perche' tutto si inonda. Il servizio Internet incluso è una bugia, funziona solo il primo giorno e poi lo toglieranno da solo, chiamando la ricezione, il signore è un cattivo educato, si chiede per il wi-fi e la risposta è, Il signore è un maledetto, un prepotente e non gli piace che lo chiami alla ricetta, i corridoi sentono sempre fumo di sigaretta e quello che si deve essere proibito di fumare, Le mattine profumano tutto come un pessimo cloaca. I noleggianti delle camere accanto facevano sempre troppo bubble in qualsiasi momento del giorno o della notte e andiamo allo stesso punto, si dice al signore il giorno dopo che i noleggianti alle 3 di mattina fanno molto bubble, colpiscono le pareti e Anche mia moglie e me hanno cercato di aprire la porta alle 2 e a tutto questo il signore dice che non c'è problema con lui. La posizione è pericolosa, lo stesso conducente di Uber quando ci ha preso dall'aeroporto ci dice che non conosceva l'hotel e che lavorava su Uber da 5 anni, quando arrivava, ci dice, Attenzione e non andate molto da soli per questo posto perché è estremamente pericoloso e cercate solo il trasporto**** in Uber o DIDI. Potrebbe scrivere più cose, ma sarebbe più esteso. In breve, l'hotel è un inganno e il signore della reception (che peraltro non sappiamo se è il proprietario o un dipendente) è un completo mal educato, grosso e un prepotente che non si può arrivare a chiedere un favore perché tratta gli ospiti come Se fossero un disturbo.
