Hola!, buenas noches! hello to everybody, my name is Sophie and I’m from Moscow ! We’re in Mexico City for vocations and we’ve chosen the Royal Colonial Suites for our family accommodation in Polanco and we’re absolutely happy with the apartments and the place ! First of all, I’d like to mention an exceptional location and interiors of the hotel! We’ve been living in a very Green and quiet area, just 1 minute from the Park of America , it’s charming and nice ! The personnel is very friendly and helpful : many thanks to Chief, Senora Huana ! She serves breakfasts every morning : variety of fresh juices , yogurts , omelettes ( you can ask her to cook for you just fried eggs instead of omelette , for instance), tortilla , sandwiches , sweet bread as well. Coffee is very tasty here. In the afternoon they offer some snacks: apples with yogurt, nuts , sandwiches . Senores Ricardo and Mario - the hotel securities - are always ready to answer your questions and predict every your needs. The’re always were attentive to everything around , even in such quiet and safe place . Senorita Montserrat at the Reception Desk is very friendly and helpful . We’re really enjoying our staying here , in this beautiful district of Mexico City ! Polanco Is very Green, quiet and beautiful ! El Cathedral in the Park of America is amazing! And it takes you just 5 minutes to get the place from the hotel ! Muchas Gracias a todos ustedes para sis amabiludad and hospitalidad! We have a strong feeling that the hotel’s staff has been operating as a big and lovely family . Accordingly , while being here, you feel that it’s a home away of your home !

Excellent place! The room was very spacious. The staff was amazing. Christian received me at the door and made sure everything was comfortable for my stay. The guard at the entrance was fantastic was very aware of who enters and exits. So I felt very safe

Las Alcobas was a perfect hotel. The service was excellent, the breakfast was spot on and the room itself was very luxurious. To say the least, my family very much enjoyed this spectacular hotel in the heart of Mexico City and would most certainly come here again! We were greeted warmly by the staff who never failed to please and when we were shown our room we were very content. The bathroom for starters was incredible. The shower had many different jets and the bath had a bubble bath setting which the staff filled with herbs and turned on very special led lights making the bath like heaven. The soaps were also amazing with many different herbs inside them. The room was lovely and there was a very generous complimentary mini fridge with a selection of food. In the morning there is also a lovely breakfast served with Mexican style eggs, pastries and hot beverages. This was all delicious. We would most certainly recommend visiting Teotihuacán, an ancient site of pyramids and a museum. We would also recommend eating at Taquería El Túrix for some amazing street food and Entremar for a fantastic buzzy, local scene. Overall this hotel was amazing, especially surrounded by such a lovely neighbourhood.

As someone who grew up in Mexico City, I definitely recommend Bemate Masaryk!! Polanco is one of, if not, the safest spaces in the city. You can walk with your child at any time and there is always people walking with dogs and children. Bemate is in the perfect area for walking to any local restaurants and boutiques. The biggest pointers of the hotel are the air conditioning, the great water pressure for the shower, and the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Monse, our room attendant, always left the room clean and tidy and was very willing to work around our schedule. Definitely recommended.

Non piaceva · - Viaggiammo con un 5yo, un 2yo e un 6mo. Ho e-mailato la proprietà due mesi prima del nostro viaggio per assicurarmi che ci potessero fornire 2 pacchetti/o pacchetti e giocare, e hanno confermato che avevano 2 a disposizione. Quando arrivammo i pacchetti e i giochi non erano pronti. Quando ho chiesto al portamanager/manager della proprietà, era estremamente brutto e mi ha detto che non poteva aiutarmi. Era tardi la notte e non avevo posto per dormire il mio bambino e il mio toddler. Gli ho chiesto di cercare qualcosa, e 10 minuti dopo ha portato due pacchetti e giocattoli per me. Io lo facevo, ma per sorpresa, entrambi erano rotti e uno di loro non aveva una materassi. Il mio toddler è salito fuori dal pacchetto e gioca 3 volte durante il nostro soggiorno, poiché uno dei lati era completamente piegato. Per il mio bambino, dovevo piegare un confortevole e mettere in suo pacchetto e giocare, così poteva servire come una materassi. Ho contattato la proprietà attraverso Booking quella notte per raccontare loro le questioni, e non hanno fatto assolutamente niente. Non riesco a immaginare una situazione più stressante per una madre di tre che ha appena avuto l'appartamento e deve mettere i suoi figli a letto. - Noi abbiamo affittato due appartamenti, così mia madre poteva aiutarci con i bambini, che erano situati in due piani separati, nonostante le nostre richieste di stare vicino. Questo ha sconfitto l’intero scopo di avere mia madre ci aiuta, poiché gli appartamenti erano lontani l’uno dall’altro. - L’appartamento non era pulito, le tende non erano nere, e i letti/stivali erano estremamente incomodi. I sedili in bagno erano incredibilmente indossati al punto che era disgustoso sederli su di loro. - L’altra grande inconvenienza era che le chiavi della stanza non funzionavano bene, quindi abbiamo dovuto aprire la stanza regolarmente alla porta, e c’era una notte quando non era felice e la situazione era molto incomoda.
