The staff should not deceive by saying that they do have room for future dates if they know it is not true. They made me waste time to be able to book somewhere else by saying they would have a place when they knew it wasn't true.This happened 2 times with a different person.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We had roaches in our room! The room walls and bed sheets are stained and run down. The location is great and the staff helpful. Aside from that, stay away.

No blankets or towels. Dirty sheets and room smells. Not a safe area.

Did Not stay at hotel. Upon arrival for check-in we were told our reservation was for only 1 room despite having a reservation for 2 rooms and showing it to the person at the reception area. Additionally they wanted us to pay a higher price then the booking. We told them to cancel the reservation as we would not be ripped off and left.

The pictures about the property are very nice, however in reality the building is very old and badly renovated.
The maintenance and cleanness are horrible! Hair on the sheets, sink of the bath jammed, door lock broken, towels are old and torn.
There is no parking available (although it says there is parking on the hotel description).
I had a very unpleasand experience at the hotel.

The stay was great but the room itself was not.
As I walked in the room the main light was broken or out. The sheets on the bed were dirty or had stains.
I'm not a picky person but at a time like this cleanliness is key.
Staff was awesome and did everything that was asked.
Cheap room in the city.
