A lovely hotel with a warm and friendly welcome. From arrival to departure and everything in between all of the staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive. If only all hotels we stayed in were like this. Very refreshing. You will never get board of the view from the deck. Ideal place for a drink, lunch or evening meal. For those looking for fantastic food and great service. You will struggle to find better than the restaurant at the Old Quay House. I would recommend booking a table in advance. We had an absolutely fantastic stay for us this was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and would most definitely recommend staying here.

Friday evening. Complete packed restaurant in and outdoors. Two members trying to make the service possible. Not was our first time not will be the last. Food is great ish. Restaurant like that with Fish and Chips on the menu???? Young waiter very kind and focus. Manager was probably the person more calm on the restaurant. He had the restaurant, bar and apparently the reception on his hands. Chef was cooking as fast as he can I imagine. The bell and the word "service"... they din't stop. Writing this review to show some support to ours FOH teams. Chef Jack

This is a great place to stay in Fowey for location and services. The rooms are well-appointed and the terrace is wonderful.

We spent four nights at The Old Quay House Hotel and it was wonderful. It strikes the perfect balance between charm and comfort. Our room was lovely, the view was terrific, and the daily breakfast was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip and that we had everything we needed.

This is a lovely little hotel in a great location. The reception staff are very kind, as are the wait staff in the restaurant. That said, the service in the restaurant is very slow, but could be vastly improved with a little extra training of the staff. The rooms are lovely, although a tad noisy on the street side.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Fowey. Lovely breakfast included, I had eggs royale, the outside area extends right into the beautiful harbour with boats sailing around. Spectacular views

Everything about our break and this hotel was superb, made more special by Tiago and his Team. From the Team on Reception right through to the Night Manager everyone was welcoming and professional. Thank you for a great stay and we have already booked again. Tiago at times was rushed off his feet but he was always looking out for his Hotel guests. We thank you all for a lovely 3 nights. Really loved this boutique hotel. Lovely room w/quirky en-suite. Lovely little balcony over looking the estuary. Lovely deck at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Staff friendly.
