It's a very simple self service Hotel in the City Centre. It looks a little bit like a Hospital. When we phoned, the person on the phone didn't speak English. Later the Woman of the reception spoke perfectly English. You can check-in until 8.00 pm. Later is possible, but you have to phone. Then they give you the codes of the door en safe with your key. The Breakfast costs €12,- and thats to expensive for so a simple Breakfast.

The hotel room had not been cleaned properly, the toilet was dirty and there was a thick layer of dust and someone else's sock under the bed. The hob was also dirty. We booked the hotel because it had secure parking available which was confirmed to us by email. On the day of our booking we received an email while we were driving there that the parking was no longer available. The lady on reception was lovely but could not speak much English so couldn't help. This felt like false advertising and we were very dissatisfied.

Everything was ok, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fine. But the garage is by far the narrowest I have ever seen (and it is very hard to find too). If your car is bigger than a Fiat 500 expect the worst.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Booked over the internet. Hotel was fully booked on arrival. Booking cancelled. No refund of payment. No understanding, just hard, hard to do! Suddenly only French communication. Cause when booking you get an offer but unseen on a different arrival date.

Place advertised limited parking but there was none. No handicapped parking either. Nearest parking was a block away and 12 Euros for 3 hrs but free from 1900 to 0900. Reception team unaware of parking rates and restrictions. Small room was adequate, kitchenette but needed air conditioning. Our 6th floor room faced west and it was hot. Fan provided helped. All instructions were provided in German along with a pocket size map in French. Excellent location near most sights in easy walking and bike range. Breakfast at 8.50€ was very European. Quiet area in NW area of city center near everything. No lobby or restaurant in our facility. Restaurants required reservations but plenty of outdoor seating was available in the many pedestrian zones. Beer averaged 6.50€ for 1/2 liter and wine for a small glass started at 3.50€. Grocery stores and gas stations are well hidden. Overall parking expense was a major drawback. Find a hotel that has parking.

Clean, quiet room next to Centre Hospitalier Belle Isle. (This may be helpful for travelers otherwise reliant on Google Maps.) Good breakfast at reasonable price.
Can walk into old city in 20 minutes or so.
This apartment hotel is fairly basic but good value for a short stay.

Excellent Value and the base for a super trip to Metz. Both met and exceeded our expectations. Only thing to note is the check-in experience which isnt the best due to Patrice - who was great - being totally overloaded at times with everything else that needed to be seen to with the building.
