Excellent hotel,restaurant and bar were excellent. Rooms plenty big enoughand comfortable.Staff were all excellent and friendly. Overall a lovely stay.

Excellent hotel the staff were helpful and attentive. Very clean room with air conditioning which was needed as it was a very hot day, with tea making facilities and even biscuits as a kind gesture. Would recommend staying here and will no doubt book in again. Bar had a range of beers and a good selection of draughts as well as spirits available to choose from. There was ample parking round the back of the hotel. Just don't forget to put your vehicle registration at check in. All in all a good stay.

The hotel itself isn't in the best physical condition, but the staff were genuinely superb. I was very impressed with the standard of service I received, and although the rooms could, at best, be described as tired, the staff are really what won me over.

Currently on a 4 week training course and of course being away from can be very lonely. The staff have made my stay more bearable as they are so friendly and nothing is too much . I want to say a particular big thank you to Ash,Becky and the gang they are absolutely brilliant people. All the staff are very hard working. Thank you all

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quite pleasant but bathroom had some areas that needed a more thorough clean. Breakfast was disappointing - orange juice that was just orange-coloured water, poor selection of breads, poorly presented hot selection etc. We ate half an hour before the end of service but it looked like they had stopped refreshing the food so just the scraps were left.

Stayed here sat night as part of an organised coach trip. Check-in was hassle free. Reception had our room cards in a pile ready for our arrival. The evening meal was a set menu at 7pm. Breakfast was a continental style buffet between 7.30am - 10.30am. We were leaving on sunday at 9am, so we got down for brekkie for 7.30am. Tables quickly tidied for the next sitting. Both meals were ample and tasty. The twin room was clean with modern decor. Noise from the main road can be heard in the background, but we still slept comfortably. Pint of lemonade and pint corona was nearly £10 so drinks were expensive side, but overall, it was a pleasant stay

Staff amazing. Helpful and friendly. Food really good. Comfy beds. And quiet Breakfast busy but delicious. I was only there for one night but think I would have been happy for longer. Lift was out of order during my stay. But on arrival staff happy to help with luggage

Staff were very helpful and I appreciated the kindness the waitresses showed my husband who has a visual impairment. Hotel lovely and clean and breakfast and dinner was plentiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.
