At checkin the girl was on the phone, so we had to wait. But when she had finished she seemed to take a long time to get us checked in. Before we had finished checking in she got another phone call, which she answered without hesitation. Then gave us our room keycards but didn’t bother telling us how to get to our rooms. Figured it out for ourselves. When we got to our room it was very noisy. So we phoned reception and asked if we could change to the quieter side of the building. The receptionist was quick to say no that we would be unable to change rooms. So we decided to go down and see if she could make sure this was the case. Whilst speaking to her face to face she was able to phone her manager and get our room changed. Not really happy to be told originally that we couldn’t move. Though for the rest of our stay everything was good. TownePlace Suites are always consistent for being good quality. Breakfast was good, though it did seem to finish a bit on the early side on the second morning. On the morning of our checkout we were phoned at 10am asking us if we were wanted late checkout even though checkout was 11am. Having stayed in many TownePlace Suites over the years we’ve never been pushed to checkout before. We left feeling a bit let down by the quality of their customer service.

Ho avuto una grande esperienza in questo hotel. Taylor ha avuto una grande conversazione e mi ha dato delle consigli sorprendenti per la zona. Ha fatto un lavoro sorprendente. Alicia era meravigliosa di parlare con lei al mattino a Bistro. Estela era così gentile e dolce nelle vie dell'hotel. Angie poteva darmi tutte le informazioni che mi servivano per il mio viaggio e altro ancora. Questo hotel è molto consigliato per la gente davvero cura!

Ho le altre recensioni.Le signore qui in ufficio non mettono in giro nessuna stronza, figliolo, per vero!! Ma dovresti vedere cosa mettono in giro quotidianamente!! Le lodo per essere donne così forti! Io e mio marito siamo tra le case, aspettando che il nostro posto sia pronto e, finora, sono stati sorprendenti con noi.
