That means no shared spaces—just you and your group enjoying every luxury this home has to offer! Guest Verification & Damage Waiver: We use Truvi as part of our guest screening process. The primary guest must complete a Truvi application that matches the reservation name, and the background check must be completed within 48 hours of booking, as required by State and City regulations. Your booking is not confirmed until these steps are completed. A non-refundable $35 damage waiver is also collected via Truvi.
