No free breakfast & breakfast was expensive there so we didn't eat there went out to McDonald's instead, happy hour drinks were expensive so we didn't drink there & no suite in our hotel just two beds & a bathroom pretty plain looking, only 2 packs of coffee one decaf & the other regular it was clean, close to the airport but pretty plain looking next time we'll stay at a different place where they serve free breakfast & not so plain looking.

We stayed at this hotel specifically for its kitchen since we would be in the Phoenix area for weeks.  Overall the hotel is okay but we left for a different, long-term hotel after a week here because it was not conducive to working from the room or working out. Positives: - Front desk and breakfast staff.  Very friendly and helpful. - 1 BR room was spacious.  There is a small table for eating (or work) and another workdesk with lots of outlets but no USB ports. - Location is convenient to major highways and safe to walk around at night. Negatives: - In the room, there are no USB ports, only outlets, and several of ours did not work. - Internet is slow, and when we tried to watch Showtime on the tv, the show literally stopped to buffer every 3 minutes. A/C is very noisy, as is the ice-maker in the fridge.  - They have laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of each building. These rooms are clearly not cleaned.  One of the dryers in our building did not work, which we learned the hard way. - Fitness center was really disappointing and it makes sense that they don't advertise it on their website. Very small, with 2 treadmills and an elliptical.  One treadmill broken the entire week we were there.  They don't supply towels and you have to request water at the front desk--there is none in or around the gym. There are no weights, only 4 kettlebells that max out at 20 lbs.  There is a pulley weight machine with low weights and only 2 types of handles, so we really couldn't use it.  The room was never cleaned.  The wipes were dried out.  There is a sign on the door to wash your hands before and after use, and the bathroom across the hall has a sign that it is locked.  So...yeah. - The other complaint is housekeeping.  We didn't need or want daily housekeeping so we followed the front desk's instructions to place the ”do not disturb” sign on the door when we didn't want housekeeping, otherwise they would clean.  On Day 3, we signaled that we wanted cleaning but they skipped our room. By the time we got home, the cleaning staff was going home. They did bring us fresh towels and dish soap as requested. When they came the following day, they very clearly didn't clean the toilet...

PRENOTAZIONE PROCEDURA MEDICA: Ho prenotato una stanza per me e mia figlia perché stavo facendo un intervento alla colonna vertebrale e dovevo stare vicino al dottore per 24 ore dopo. Ho prenotato questo hotel in particolare perché aveva la colazione gratuita e una piscina all'aperto, qualcosa che mia figlia poteva. godere mentre dormivo dall'anestesia. All'arrivo, ci è stato detto che ci sarebbe stato addebitato un deposito rimborsabile di $ 200, che non mi è stato comunicato al momento della prenotazione della camera, la piscina era chiusa che non mi è stata comunicata al momento della prenotazione e la colazione non veniva servita. Sono rimasto estremamente turbato nello scoprire che tutti i motivi per cui ho prenotato questo hotel specifico erano per i servizi offerti. La camera era pulita e il materasso era il miglior materasso su cui abbia mai dormito nei miei 43 anni.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in late February. I am a frequent Marriott guest. There must have been a sports team in the hotel as youth were very noisy in the halls until about 2:30 am. On top of that, the hotel music on the patio woke us up at 7am. The lighting in the rooms was dim; tough for older people like us. The carpets needed cleaning; when I got in the tub having walked around the room in bare feet, the dirt was telling. The receptionist was great and did a great job of introducing us to the facility; but we probably will choose another Marriott rather than come back to this one.

Where do I begin? I booked this hotel on through Agoda on 2/27/2022 for check in on 2/28/2022 for one night which was $82.26. I received an email from Agoda hours later at 4:55pm advising that due to a ”highly unusual error” my booking was not completed, and they were refunding my money which could take up to 30 days. This was annoying but like any rational person I rebooked the room but for an additional night - check in at 3pm on 2/28/2022 and checkout on 3/02/2022 after 11AM for 2 nights at $228.51 (robbery for the quality of room which I had yet to find out). Btw, you also have to put down a card for a small deposit, which is fine, but this isn’t mentioned anywhere when booking and I had paid in full online prior. I checked in at this hotel and to call it a dump would be putting it lightly. Of course, the pictures online make the inn look 10 times better than it actually is - long story short, the check-in is through a window outside, the bed is hard and creaky, the room smelled like dank, humid mold, there is plenty of bathroom mold around the interior of the shower, the shower curtain was filthy and the someone drew a phallus on it (would it be too hard to change the shower curtain?), the floor was dirty and made the bottom of my feet dirty when I took off my slides and walked around, the sink drained slowly, and the shower water was lukewarm at best. I stayed the night (with much regret, ignoring the overhead banging/thuds above my room) and left in the morning. The area is shady, so I got up about half a dozen times that night to make sure my car was still there. I returned late at night, Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at approx. 11AM ready for one last night in hell (had I cancelled I would've lost my money as it was nonrefundable) and my key cards don't work. I go to the ”office” (outside window) and I'm informed my cards don't work because I was supposed to check-out this morning and that all my personal belongings have been bagged up and put into lost and found which I cannot retrieve until the next day because ”lost & found” is a room on the second-floor and the MOD, Jose, gave the only key card to access the room to a housekeeper who was currently at home. Mind you, I have been up since 7AM and worked until 10:40pm. I’m tired and all I wanted to do was close my eyes while taking a shower and pretend I was at the Hilton I almost booked instead and put this saga behind me, but alas. To say I was furious was an understatement, not only did Agoda/Knights Inn majorly screw up my reservation, but they took my things and denied me access to them all because the manager figured it was a smart idea to give the sole key card to lost and found for the entire motel to an employee who leaves after their shift. Brilliant idea. Now, I’m back in my car trying to make emergency arrangements for a place to stay tonight. I get on the phone with Agoda as the Manager, Jose, informed me in not so pleasant terms there was nothing he could do

Questo non è più l'hotel MK. A partire da gennaio 2023 è una proprietà IHG. Ho letto online da alcuni altri ospiti che vi si trovavano nel 2022 che erano membri dell'IHG e questo non era un hotel IHG nel 2022. IHG ha davvero standard elevati e non avrebbero aperto se non li avessero soddisfatti. Non sono affiliato all'hotel, ma so per il fatto che il NEW IHG Holiday Inn Express all' vecchia indirizzo MK è di prima vista, pulito e nulla come le recensioni per MK nel 2022. Sono rimasto lì questo mese, è molto pulito e tutto funziona nelle camere che ho soggiornato in incluso Internet veloce. Colazione grande, camere pulite e nuove TV. Viaggio ogni settimana e sono molto elegante. Ho appena cambiato aerei la settimana scorsa, perche' non mi mettero' in cattivo posto e non mi mettero' in servizio.Tornero'a Mesa la prossima settimana e tornero' alla HIE Mesa.

La stanza stessa non era orribile, ma c'era qualcosa che sembrava mangiare lasciato su uno dei stand notturni e uno dei fari e una lampada non funzionava. My wife and I stayed 2 nights in late February. I am a frequent Marriott guest. There must have been a sports team in the hotel as youth were very noisy in the halls until about 2:30 am. On top of that, the hotel music on the patio woke us up at 7am. The lighting in the rooms was dim; tough for older people like us. The carpets needed cleaning; when I got in the tub having walked around the room in bare feet, the dirt was telling. The receptionist was great and did a great job of introducing us to the facility; but we probably will choose another Marriott rather than come back to this one.

Where do I begin? I booked this hotel on through Agoda on 2/27/2022 for check in on 2/28/2022 for one night which was $82.26. I received an email from Agoda hours later at 4:55pm advising that due to a ”highly unusual error” my booking was not completed, and they were refunding my money which could take up to 30 days. This was annoying but like any rational person I rebooked the room but for an additional night - check in at 3pm on 2/28/2022 and checkout on 3/02/2022 after 11AM for 2 nights at $228.51 (robbery for the quality of room which I had yet to find out). Btw, you also have to put down a card for a small deposit, which is fine, but this isn’t mentioned anywhere when booking and I had paid in full online prior. I checked in at this hotel and to call it a dump would be putting it lightly. Of course, the pictures online make the inn look 10 times better than it actually is - long story short, the check-in is through a window outside, the bed is hard and creaky, the room smelled like dank, humid mold, there is plenty of bathroom mold around the interior of the shower, the shower curtain was filthy and the someone drew a phallus on it (would it be too hard to change the shower curtain?), the floor was dirty and made the bottom of my feet dirty when I took off my slides and walked around, the sink drained slowly, and the shower water was lukewarm at best. I stayed the night (with much regret, ignoring the overhead banging/thuds above my room) and left in the morning. The area is shady, so I got up about half a dozen times that night to make sure my car was still there. I returned late at night, Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at approx. 11AM ready for one last night in hell (had I cancelled I would've lost my money as it was nonrefundable) and my key cards don't work. I go to the ”office” (outside window) and I'm informed my cards don't work because I was supposed to check-out this morning and that all my personal belongings have been bagged up and put into lost and found which I cannot retrieve until the next day because ”lost & found” is a room on the second-floor and the MOD, Jose, gave the only key card to access the room to a housekeeper who was currently at home. Mind you, I have been up since 7AM and worked until 10:40pm. I’m tired and all I wanted to do was close my eyes while taking a shower and pretend I was at the Hilton I almost booked instead and put this saga behind me, but alas. PRENOTAZIONE PROCEDURA MEDICA: Ho prenotato una stanza per me e mia figlia perché stavo facendo un intervento alla colonna vertebrale e dovevo stare vicino al dottore per 24 ore dopo. Ho prenotato questo hotel in particolare perché aveva la colazione gratuita e una piscina all'aperto, qualcosa che mia figlia poteva. godere mentre dormivo dall'anestesia. All'arrivo, ci è stato detto che ci sarebbe stato addebitato un deposito rimborsabile di $ 200, che non mi è stato comunicato al momento della prenotazione della camera, la piscina era chiusa che non mi è stata comunicata al momento della prenotazione e la colazione non veniva servita. Sono rimasto estremamente turbato nello scoprire che tutti i motivi per cui ho prenotato questo hotel specifico erano per i servizi offerti. La camera era pulita e il materasso era il miglior materasso su cui abbia mai dormito nei miei 43 anni.

At first we were concerned about staying because the hotel is under construction of new paint and up grades but turned out to be great! Our room was located on the opposite side of the building and we were not inconvenienced at all. It was quiet as well as located in walking distance to access to eating and a mall the shop in.
