This unit is a very spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath townhome - on 1 level and no stairs! 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom. It is truly great for families and couples in a safe and quiet neighborhood looking to escape to a warmer climate and experience what the desert has to offer. It has 2 separate bedroom and bathrooms - great for 2 couples. It has a nice sized backyard for dogs, and a patio for BBQ's and relaxing in the evening. The home has lots of natural skylight lighting and this home is very spacious and comfortable. There is laundry inside - washer/dryer. The HEATED community pool and hot tub are a short walk away. The unit is well equipped with all the essentials; linens, towels, pillows, kitchen dishes and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, ironing board/iron, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, refrigerator, etc. Satellite and internet provided.
This home is located near the Superstition Mountains and Red Mountain areas. Close to hiking and trails, golf, lakes, parks, shopping, freeways, and about 25 minutes from Sky harbor Airport and Gateway Airports. There is a multi-generational facility within walking distance as well.
