Otele yaklaşık 4 gün önceden Trip.com üzerinden rezervasyon yaptırdık. Rezervasyon deniz manzaralı aile odası olmasına rağmen bize deniz manzaralı odalarının dolu olduğunu ve görmeyen iki odadan birini seçmemiz söylendi ve bu durum için iki bardak su ikram ederek utanmadan durumu normalleştirdiler. O saatte başka şansımız olmadığı için mecburen kaldık. Konumu güzel fakat cadde üzerinde olması sebebi ile gece ciddi derecede gürültü alıyor odalar.
Oda temizliği iyi fakat kahvaltı mekanının temizliği ve çeşitliliği için aynı şeyi söyleyemem.
Çalışanları zaten giriş dışında görmedik. Sadece valizimizi taşımaya yardım eden Ali bey'e nezaketi ve yardımları için teşekkür ederim.
Odada tüm ihtiyaçlarımız mevcuttu. (Havlu, sabun, saç kuru**a makinesi vs.) Ancak kahvaltıda kahve bile yoktu. yaklaşık 10 çeşit paketli kahvaltılıklar ve ne olduğunu anlayamadığımız omlet benzeri bir yumurta mevcuttu.
İyi ki sadece 1 gece konakladık, insan daha fazlasına dayanamzdı sanırım.

Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my disappoin**ent and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a two-week reservation but had to leave after only three days. I believe that the services provided at your hotel are not suitable for foreign nationals and are more geared towards local residents.
Despite having paid for the entire two-week stay, I found it necessary to leave due to the lack of house cleaning services and overall unsatisfactory conditions. I had hoped for a comfortable and clean environment during my stay, but unfortunately, this was not the case.
I kindly request a refund for the remaining days of my reservation, as I feel that the level of service provided did not meet my expectations and did not justify the full payment made in advance.
I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and work towards improving the quality of your services for all guests, regardless of nationality.

The hotel is new and very conveniently located, it is probably good to stay for one night. But they really should improve cleaning, it’s not pleasing to find somebody’s hair in your bathroom. And don’t expect any housekeeping (though daily housekeeping was promised in reservation), even if you put on the sign “please clean the room”, they will ignore it completely. The breakfast is pretty standard, there is a kettle in the room. Wi-fi is really BAD.

Everything was good
We stayed in the family room, rooms were very large and comfortable, the staff were amazing especially Mr.Ali and his colleague who was in the reception
Only one point, cleaning schedule and breakfast can be improved a bit

Bu kadar mı denk gelir koca mersinde böyle vasat bir otel seçmem şaşkınım. Otele giriş yaptık size ayırdığımız oda temizlenmedi ama size başka bir oda verebilirim dedi. Odanın üst katında tadilat var biraz ses gelebilir dedi. Sabah erken başlamazsa sıkıntı yok dedik. Ya odaya 2 civarı girdik saat 6.30 a kadar tam üzerimizde bir hilti bir de matkap sesi bütün günümüzü mahfetti sinirlerimiz bozuldu başımız ağrıdı gürültü kirliliği sebebiyle akşamımız bile çok kötü geçti baş ağrısından sabah 10 da başlatacağız dediler sabahın köründe yine matkap sesleriyle uyandık aşırı kötü bir otel koridorla kirli odanın balkonuna 3 klima ünitesi taktırmışlar daha ne kadar vasatlığını anlatabilirim ki kocaman bir hayal kırıklığı
