"We went with a group, it was clean and we were welcomed well. I was on the 7th floor. Mrs. İlksen was very helpful. Clean sheets and pillow cases were put on every day. It was a friendly and clean hotel. I would definitely come again. I recommend it, I recommend you to come."

The staff were polite and helpful; however, table cleaning was a bit slow during busy times. The hotel was spacious, and the view was quite pleasant. Overall, it was a nice experience."

"It is a terrible place! Filthy and stinky! Everything is broken, bed is dirty and has burnt holes from cigarettes. Hair from previous guests. To say that the bathroom was dirty - not to say anything! It was disgusting! Don’t look at the pictures on the site, they are absolutely different! All I want to say is don’t go there! We have paid the full price for 15 days, booked it based on pics and reviews through Ostrovok. When we saw the place, we were shocked! And asked to return money, they said to do it through Ostrovok. Well now all Ostrovok is saying is that the hotel has refused to return the money!! We are very disappointed as staying at that hotel would have been a disgrace! So the hotel and Ostrovok are both not decent!"

"Hello there! My name is Erik Mustafin. My Ref: 05461798 I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it. First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public. "

"The hotel is simply gorgeous! Clean, large room, the bathroom has everything you need! The rooms are hot , heating is perfect . The breakfasts are gorgeous, on the roof in the restaurant! The only downside is that I invited my friends to celebrate a birthday without staying overnight, they were charged an extra fee for staying in the room!"
