The staffs are helpful, nice and warm but the factilities are poor, especially the shower factilities will give you a feeling that you are in the poor country. The staffs are trying their best to fix it and let you feel good (the front desk has to wash the towels for all rooms, as well as doing the front desk work), but the factilities are old and bad (ie. Shower head and air-cond), the owner should spend much money to hire more staffs and hotel refurbishment.

Staff is excellent come to this hotel often and they have great pricing for such beautiful rooms!

Perfect hotel for us. The location was great. There is a cold water creek pub that is highly recommended. Charming town with nice people. Established businesses like Blacks Pharmacy were impressive. We loved the local fair and Artisan crafts . The breakfast was served buffet style in a large sunlit room. We were surprised at the selection. Great price for a hotel in prime season.photos are scenic area near the hotel. Picturesque area to drive through.

Good location. The stuff were nice. The bedrooms was a bit hot, since only one a/c in living room.

Pretty standard stay. The Front check out girl wasn’t overly enthusiastic or welcoming to say the least, but it was a Friday evening. Beds were adequate, plenty of tv channels. Never got to use the pool, but it looked nice. - especially with the water slide. Room didn’t smell bad at all, which for an older more type is a nice break. Showers were good. The fan was a bit on the loud side, but it kept the room a nice constant temp. Breakfast was not great, but we didn’t care. We just wanted a place to sleep. Check out girl was nice, and it was effortless.

The house keeper Kavita was excellent very friendly and my room is clean and well maintained and the front desk girl Nisha also was excellent she helped me bring my bags into my room and she was so kind and helpful and I am enjoying my stay and sleeping well The people here are kind and friendly

Hotel stay was awesome. Nisha at the front desk was exceptional during our stay. Her warm welcome and attention to detail made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided fantastic recommendations for local attractions. Thank you, Nisha, for making our visit memorable!

The staff are fantastic and very accommodating. Very convenient location, just as you arrive in Merritt. Room was very clean, I was travelling with pets, and the room I got even had an extra sink, which was great for washing up the animal dishes.The buffet breakfast was very good , I enjoyed it every morning I was there. Home Restaurant next door has fantastic food, and specialize in Pies . The cheesecake is Devine.. You will not regret your stay.

Nisha was very helpful with finding a good price for us after a long travel! She put in the extra effort to find a good room and price for us! And was very welcoming as well. With her outstanding service as well and her good will for us to get a great price for a three bed room I would say her service was amazing!

Do not stay at the Ramada Merritt! Its is absolutely disgusting. Words can’t describe the filth we walked into. Here on a family trip for a volleyball tournament we were forced to stay here as no other hotels had availability. How dare them charge $280 for a suite here. I will attach pictures one bring a before and after pictures of the toilet they recleaned. We got a 2 bedroom suite and only had 2 towels for 3 people. The bathtub is broken and disgustingly dirty. The pool was closed due to being unsafe. Then reopened to see the water was green brown and back. You can not swim here. The hot tub is hot they say but no jets. You can’t have a hot tub here. Please look at my attached photos and don’t stay here There is also not enough parking and the property grounds are run down and dirty. I wish I could give zero stars it’s that bad I talked to management and asked for the room to be cleaned again. They did so and did a 10% improvement. I explained it’s still discussing and they gave a $25 discount. That’s completely insulting. We stayed only because we had no where else to go Do not stay here your better off camping

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, super clean lobby and breakfast area. The hotel had some renovation and some areas are already done and on some they are working on it. Swimming pool area they completed their first side. For sure I would love to stay again here. Highly recommended.
