They don’t clean our room. The smell in the hallway was horrible and the staff were rude

Wonderful hotel! We had alot of people stay there for a wedding and the rooms were clean, the staff was lovely and the food was great!

LAS CAMS MUY INCOMODAS, ECTREMADAMENTE SUAVESD Y SE TE HUNDES AL DORMIR Y AMANECES TODO APALEADO.
LOS MUROS AL PAECER AL CONSTRUCTOR SE LE OLVIDÓ PONER EL AISLANTE LO QUE HACE QUE ESCUCHES A TROFA HORA A LOS VECINOS DE LOS CUARTOS COMO SI ETSUBIERAN ENEL TUYO......INCOMIDISIMO, NIÑOS CORRIENDO EN LOS PASILLOS DESE LAS 7 DE LA MAÑANA Y NADIE LO NOTA, SALVO LOS HUESPEDES QUE ESTAMOS TRATANDO DESCANDAR, LA LABERCA SIN CALEFACCION, IMOSIBLE USARLA, UN PROBLEMA CONSEGUIR UN TAXI INCREIBLE QUE NO TENGAN TAXIS DISPONIBLES, TUBE QUE SALIR A LA CALLE A CONSEGUIRLOS............ Nice staff Carlos the valet parking great guy nice welcoming the rest of the staff in the same page you ask for something you got it the restaurant it’s a little beat expensive my only comment negative.
