Hotel in zona Cesar Sosa, Merida

We thought that Hyatt had international standards that applied to all hotels with the brand. Not so. We noticed that personnel working in the restaurant were not wearing gloves. Those cutting the fruit, preparing the food, etc. So, we told a supervisor that this was not acceptable. The following day, it was the same. Mexico already has a reputation for people getting intoxicated; the least they can do is take safety measures to minimize human contact with the food. Needless to say we did not eat the fruit or anything raw.

Perfect stay for a family of four. They provided a crib and baby bath. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was super friendly, especially the bellboy Luis. He helped me load all the kids in the car, it made it a breeze since I was going in and out.

Dall'inizio anche prima del mio viaggio il personale era molto accogliente per permettermi di controllare un po' più tardi quando il mio volo arrivava dopo il normale controllo di programma (che Trip.com è stato in grado di aiutare con il cambiamento). Il servizio era davvero grande e il personale è molto bello e utile per rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Mi hanno migliorato il letto matrimoniale a un re. La stanza era molto pulita e aveva una grande vista sul Paseo Montejo. La piscina era all'aperto e piacevole con bel tempo e la palestra era adeguata. Il membro del personale mi ha chiamato un taxi quando sono andato fuori e mi ha aspettato fuori per salutarlo. Sarei sicuramente tornato per il servizio impeccabile e il personale amichevole! La posizione stessa è stata un grande plus!

Likes - Siamo rimasti in Hotel Boutique Casa San Angel solo una notte. L'hotel è bellissimo, quando entrate nel cortile interno si sente come si è entrato in una giungla, con carichi di tress, piante, uccelli ... davvero magnifico! La stanza era al primo piano, era spaziosa, bellamente decorata (non è stata la migliore che abbiamo visto, veramente), dotata di frigo, aria condizionata e un letto molto comodo. Il bagno era anche molto grande, pulito e la doccia probabilmente uno dei migliori dei nostri 14 giorni di tour sulla penisola Yucatan Il wi-fi ha funzionato perfettamente. Inoltre hanno un parcheggio sicuro 5 minuti dall'hotel. Mi preoccupava un po' che la posizione fosse un po' lontana dal centro della città, ma in realtà abbiamo capito che non è molto lontano (circa 20 minuti a piedi). Le strade tra l'hotel e il centro della città sono in realtà piene di ristoranti e bar freddi, quindi in realtà abbiamo avuto molte scelte per cena proprio intorno al canto Miglioramenti - penso che il colazione potrebbe essere migliorata in termini di qualità e di qualità La suggerimento personale è di non prenotare il colazione all'hotel e andare al caffè più vicino, si può avere molte più opzioni e più valore per i soldi

Stai qui per 2 notti. Ecco i pro e cons. PROS * LOCALIZZAZIONE - Il Zocalo è solo pochi centinaia di metri di distanza, quindi questo è stato in posizione di prima. La stazione centrale di autobus Ado era a pochi passi, anche se per memoria era circa un chilometro e mezzo percorso, quindi si potrebbe voler considerare un taxi. * CONDIZIONAMENTO Aereo - Ben funzionato * ACQUA TITOLO - Funzionato * WIFI - Funzionato e non ha lasciato CONS * NON LUCE NATURALE - La nostra stanza aveva una finestra che si aprì sul corridoio comunale, quindi non c'era luce naturale. * SECURITÀ - La grande finestra aperta sul corridoio comunale non poteva essere chiusa. Ciò significava che quando usciamo dalla stanza qualcuno poteva facilmente aprirla e entrare nella nostra stanza. Mandarono qualcuno a correggerlo, ma non era stato corretto quando siamo tornati. Ho notato che la stanza oposta aveva la stessa questione quando ho provato la finestra. * NO CLEAN - Quando andammo a usare la piscina c'era una grossa alga e spumante sulla superficie. Non è stato nuoto. * NOISE - Questo hotel sembra avere una relazione con grandi operatori turistici. Così grandi gruppi di persone vengono in pomeriggio e lasciano presto la mattina. Le mattine, quando andavano via, facevano un sacco di rumore e questo passava attraverso le pareti. In generale, non eravamo felici di stare e non lo consigliavano agli altri.

I discovered this little hotel on one of the travel websites. I was unsure about it because knowing people have different expectations of what is good for them and not others. Here is my honest review with pictures. it is in just the perfect location 5-6 city blocks from the main Plaza in the centre of town. This means you are outside the noise zone. The walk to town to the plaza is completely straight so there is no chance of getting lost. LOL The room is and has everything I need to be comfortable. Mine has a king size bed, a flat screen TV, a safe, open closet with hangers, 2 side tables, free bottles of water and more water in the lobby. A window, air conditioning unit, a compact bathroom that may put some people off because of the, let's call it ”coziness” of the size of it. For me I am over 5”9” so I am tall but still for me I was fine. This hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms are spotless, the staff are fabulous and will guide you what's on in town, where to eat, tours, you name it they will guide you. They are lovely beyond and feel like family. There is fresh coffee in the lobby all day and night and a roof top patio with some hanging lights with a lovely breeze because Merida gets hot. The only thing I would like is a small fridge in my room, and maybe I will put my request in. The reason I say that is because this is my second visit here and I have already booked my third stay. For the price, the location, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff there is nothing else I need to feel safe and be happy. I can spend all my time concentrating on Merida what to see and do here.

ACHTUNG DIESES HOTEL BEGEHT BETRUG WARUM? Die Zimmer sind zum großen Teil alle Tag und Nacht durch laute Maschinengeräusche im Gebäude gestört, an Schlaf ist kaum zu denken, da diese plötzlich lauter und leiser werden in der Nacht. Das Schlimmste: Das Personal weiß davon und vermietet die Zimmer (alle Zimmer nach hinten hin) zum gleichen Preis. Der Manager lässt sich mehrfach verleugnen und auch die coolen Mitarbeiter von booking.vom lässt er eiskalt ohne Einsicht stehen. Danke nochmal an booking an der Stelle für die Hilfe. Lage: Das Hotel liegt auch nicht zentral sondern ca. 10min von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt in einer miesen Ecke. Lediglich der Ado fährt gegenüber ab. Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen. Einzig gute an dem Hotel ist dass es LQBTQ Mitarbeiter unterstützt. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Reine Abzocke.

Ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Il personale è molto cordiale e il cibo al ristorante è di buona qualità. Siamo stati 2 notti la prima volta, abbiamo viaggiato nello Yucatán, poi siamo tornati in questo hotel per la sua comodità per l'aeroporto.
