Raccomando questo hotel con due pollice in alto. Anche se non nuovo per Holiday Inn Express, questa è la mia prima volta che sono rimasto nella bella città di Mentor Ohio. Le camere erano molto pulite. Apprezzo avere lavanderia sul posto. Le macchine erano, credo $2 per pezzo. La sala di allenamento è sul secondo piano. Tutti i luoghi sono ben mantenuti. Ci sono macchine a ghiaccio e soda su ogni piano. Nel lobby vendono snacks, cibo congelato e bevande. Il caffè, il tè e il cacao sono disponibili gratuitamente nel lobby 24 ore al giorno. Il colazione continentale è servito quotidianamente al ristorante di Marion. Il ristorante è aperto la sera sul patio esterno. Il colazione continentale era più che adeguato e il cibo era delizioso.L'hotel si trova proprio vicino all'autostrada in una zona popolata da molti ristoranti, stazioni di gas e altri negozi. L'ufficio postale è a pochi chilometri/minute intorno all'angolo. Ho avuto una stanza di dimensioni reali e una stanza con due letti matrimoniali. Ogni stanza è venuta con un ufficio, due lampade, due sedie, grande TV, frigorifero e un orologio digitale. Il posto era molto vicino e l’hotel aveva un pannello di ferro, un ferro e un asciugacapelli. Ho imparato il modo difficile di non tenere la chiave della mia stanza accanto al telefono cellulare, ma il personale era sempre comprensivo. Il desk è ben mantenuto con personale e non potevano essere più accoglienti.

BED BUGS discovered in my bed in the very early morning hours. Management team less than professional, namely Amanda Denning, Assistant General Manager & Josh Ferra, General Manager. Refused to return multiple phone calls and inquiries regarding service recovery requests. Front desk agent by the name of Tessi was less than cordial and would possibly benefit from a high school diploma Or etiquette classes or just a down payment on a new personality. Needless to say, I will never return to this bed bug infested establishment of a 'so-called' hotel. The lack of empathy for their uncleanliness is unacceptable. They basically told me that the compensation (less than I requested for the huge inconvenience) was sufficient and refused to return any of my emails or phone calls after assuring a call back. Cowardly behavior when your hotel is not up to standards is not my issue. Yes I requested 200k Hilton points and only received 100k, but did you pay my cleaning bill to have a weeks worth of clothes cleaned, 'No', can you put a price on the inconvenience of moving to a hotel 30 min away from the work assignment, 'No', can you put a compensation on losing a full nights rest, and 1 day of work after staying up since discovering the bed bug at 2am, 'No'. The hotel management never offered to pay for laundering my clothes and even insinuated that I 'claimed' the room had bed bugs when I actually took a picture of the creature. Good leadership and customer service is still hard to find. Being kind and understanding costs nothing. Be sure what you put out as an individual and customer servant equates to what you want to receive in return. Good luck at the bed bug motel.

Everyone was excellent! They took care of everything. With medical issues, we never knew what was up, but Alesha (sp?) got us a room EVERY TIME! We didn't know if we were coming or going sometimes, but she had our backs. Mark and Greg - go to guys! And Verica was wonderful, worked at my wife's schedule - a special lady: She we will miss the most!!! And don't forget to grab some coffee and a variety of breakfast choices, changing daily. All were great folks! We hope we don't need to come back, but if we do, we'll know we're in great hands! Jon & Alice W
