Siamo stati in questa struttura per 10 giorni ..... abbiamo preso avendo.una bimba di quasi 2 anni un appartamento e devo dire spazioso...comodo e molto pulito.... piscina grande e molto carina e anche la piscina per i bimbi è veramente qualcosa di ottimo.... mangiare veramente curato e sempre abbondante con personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.... ogni sera per chi non vuole uscire c'è sempre uno spettacolo nella sala terrazzo adibita a bar.... Soltanto tre annotazioni.. la prima che avevamo la vasca che si riempiva di acqua non defluendo regolarmente e quindi ristagna va e per fare 3 docce occorreva aspettare un po di tempo..... soltanto al 3 sollecito sono riusciti a risolvere il problema .... tutte le sere post cena anche quando siamo usciti siamo sempre passati al bar consumando e guardando lo spettacolo così la bimba ballava... una sera abbiamo chiesto un bicchiere di acqua x la bimba ci è stato detto che acqua non era possibile se non acquistando una bottiglia.... un grande albergo credo non debba rispondere in questo modo..... ultima cosa x me nella mezza pensione come in questa struttura è giusto che le bevande vadano sempre pagate ma credo sia anche giusto non far pagare l acqua....

Il personale è sorprendente e non ha potuto fare abbastanza per voi dal check-in con un bicchiere di Cava fino alla fine della settimana in cui abbiamo fatto il check-out, ma vorremmo che restassi più a lungo. E'stato a metà tavola e possiamo dire sinceramente che ci siamo divertiti tutti i pasti che abbiamo mangiato. Era stile buffet e tanta scelta.L'unica critica che avevo era la lunga aspettata per la macchina del caffè/tea ogni mattina, forse avevo una macchina d'acqua calda separata, perché era il caffè che ha preso età, oltre che che era buono, Specialmente godevano del cibo fresco cucinato dal cuoco sempre sorridente che cucinava sempre il mio pesce fresco perfettamente. L'hotel ci ha ospitato con la stanza di terra come avendo problemi di mobilità che si trovava di fronte alla piscina, bella stanza ma la prossima volta chiederò una stanza accessibile mentre combattevo un po' nel doccia (sì, ritorneremo presto) Abbiamo usato i letti solari poche volte, perché il tempo era glorioso e nessun problema con la gente che li riservava, piscina fredda ma molto raffreddata, così calda, prenota la piscina interna/suna/spa, che era anche bello. Solo il pranzo al giorno in cui siamo arrivati al bar della piscina, ma la pizza era davvero buona. Abbiamo avuto più di una pausa rilassante questa volta, perché è un po 'segreto dove l'hotel è così perduto a fare una bella passeggiata la sera, ma siamo rimasti in per godere il divertimento che è stato anche buono. Tutti i membri del personale sono un credito per questo hotel e saremo sicuramente tornati anche se non ritorniamo solitamente agli stessi hotel.

First time visiting this resort and hotel. Couldn’t find at first due to being tucked behind shops. Basic facilities and accommodation. Recommendations that might be useful for the following: - Better furnishing - Showers instead of baths - Security guard at night - Shelving in bathroom - Less clutter in the lounge re just one coffee table - Having a information brochure - More attentive reception staff On a plus point, the cleaners work tirelessly hard as we only ever saw 3 cleaners for the 50 apartments. Pool area and gardens exceptionally clean. Sent a request via email for upper floor which was honoured. Unfortunately our patio door decided not to lock no more but seems to be a common error in the complex. Free Wi-Fi and air con good. Would come back again after hearing good recommendations (another family have been coming back here every year for 21 years). Would recommend and defiantly visit again. Cala Galdana is a very quiet resort and the beach is beautiful. Hotel in centrally located and has amenities close by.

Overall, a good value place to stay. As other reviews have said, the decor is a little dated, but perfectly acceptable, and the apartment was as clean as one would hope. End of June was unexpectedly quiet, but in a good way. Bus to Mahon runs hourly from the bottom of the road (5 mins walk) and is Euro 1.80 each way. Plenty of space to park if you hire a car. Some great restaurants in the town (recommend Casa Fermin) and a great beach. Only minor issue was the air-con wasn't great, but hey ... it's 32 degrees in June in the Med ... so we knew what to expect. Breeze through the apartment cooled it in the day, just a bit warm overnight. Would definitely go back.
