Mengzi Hampton by Hilton - Staff at reception was helpful As we wish to have a snack before we check in, we were told to leave our luggage in a room on 1/F opposite to the reception counter on the right. It was done as said. When we return to the hotel in about 30 min, no one was there and we went into the room and get our luggage. Not much security there!?! Despite of this, attitude of staff is very good. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent. Since we stayed there only 1 night, did not look into available facilities. Room and linen are clean. It would be better if there is a luggage rack in the room, then we did not have to put our suitcases on the little round coffee table and on the chair. As we are senior, it is very difficult for us to leave the suitcases on the floor. Yuanyang Huawowo - excellent location for sunrise over the tier fields. All is good; the 20-25 minutes walk from carpark to hotel is a bit challenging for senior. There is a built-in rack for suitcase. Breakfast is tasty, choice of western breakfast(eggs and toast) or local Chinese rice noodles. Staff is very efficient and cooperative. The toilet and sank area in the room is partitioned nicely, but lacking a little privacy as there is no door to the toilet. Jianshui White Hotel - excellent location in Jianshui old town. Breakfast is healthy, bento box of corn, congee, vegetable and egg in addition to a bowl of local Chinese rice noodles. Again no luggage rack. Staff is attentive and efficient though.

Located right next to Lake South, together with surrounding restaurants and shopping opportunities. We requested two special services and they were done immediately. Clerks at from desk and for room service are very nice and helpful. Will return definitely.

Continue stay again for other attractions and local view,the weather was cozy compared to SOUTH EAST ASIA

the reception was very kind to upgrade me to a bigger room. the guard on the ground was also very kind to offer me a parking space near hotel gate but I prefer the underground one. all set up are very good and handy except 1 minor issue. The bath gel / shampoo / conditioner are in bottles mounted on the wall. You need use one hand to squeeze the soft plastic bottle and use another hand to receive underneath and this is not very convenient. furthermore you need some muscle to squeeze and the height is too tall for a kid. So suggest to us an electronic sensor dispenser or one hand operation dispenser.

設施很新，位置絕佳，離南湖公園和景點很近，city walk就能到，內飾佈局小而美，傢俱很合理，床和電腦椅很舒服，早餐豐盛選擇多。就是停車政策不友好，地面沒地停，地下臟亂黑，免費政策很複雜，最後還是沒整明白，後邊車一直在催，白白交了18停車費，反應給酒店小助手企業微信也沒人搭理

這是一次很棒的住宿體驗！1、酒店位置很好。位於蒙自市中心地段，南湖的邊上。湖景房是極佳的享受。2、酒店可以方便的遊覽南湖公園。我們4月4日晚上到達，晚餐後直接去到南湖景區，晚上的湖景流光溢彩，璀璨美麗。從我們住宿房間內觀看湖景，是最佳位置。3、設備很好，洗化用品很好。希爾頓的供應鏈無可置疑。4、服務尤其好，這是感觸最深的，前台的幾位（小陸，小沈，小李，小劉）非常熱情，專業，不僅對酒店入住等程序很熟練，更是對蒙自遊玩、周邊餐飲購物等情況介紹得很清楚，從他們身上感受到希爾頓歡朋酒店的企業文化，看到了在員工培訓方面優勢（作為企業培訓師尤其感受深刻）。 因為希爾頓歡朋酒店的非常滿意的酒店住宿，讓我們第一次來到蒙自的感覺很棒。還想再來，還會再來，就為了希爾頓歡朋酒店的南湖景觀房，都要再來蒙自，再住這裏。 非常推薦！

酒店位置好，在南湖旁邊、商業區裏，吃飯、散步都很方便，房間設施新，也可以看到湖景。就是前台員工培訓不太到位，訂的雙床，入住時前台告知為大床，我們出示訂單給看了，按雙床辦了入住，結果去到房間還是大床，我暈😵，員工上班都不在狀態的，又讓我們等機器人送房卡上來換到其他樓層，折騰。

衞生狀況及其堪憂，退房時才發現被單上竟然有乾涸的血漬，頓時噁心壞了。因為頭天晚上到的比較晚直接睡了，第二天臨走時水杯漏了一點水在被子上，才翻開被子，竟然發現……。無語了，投訴到酒店，客房部經理百般抵賴。因為帶父母滇東南行程還得繼續，留了電話等待後續酒店反饋處理情況。然後…就沒有然後了。入住酒店幾十年，從民宿到商務酒店到星級酒店，第一次碰到這種事，大寫的震驚，還是掛的希爾頓的名頭😡。翻看了酒店的差評，發現在這個希爾頓這種事不是第一次。後面幾天又打了幾次電話給酒店，一直説在調監控，總之不想理你，知道你也拿他沒辦法。這希爾頓布草都換不起了嗎？！慎住避雷！不吐不快！

酒店管理不錯，房間維護不錯。整個房間讓人很舒服。帶八十多歲母親出遊，安排了安靜的房間。 酒店有自助洗衣間，每層樓電梯口有瓶裝水免費取用。 酒店位置絕佳，到南湖附近景點都可以步行。門口就是大商場，吃飯方便。附近兩家過橋米線店，都不錯。

酒店位置非常好，在中心商區，周圍好熱鬧，房間窗户就能看到南湖公園，酒店看上去挺高大上的，房間也挺大，衞生間都是乾濕分開，洗臉池枱麪也挺大，我可以放一堆瓶瓶罐罐，晚上睡得也挺舒服，去火燒房子吃了菊花過橋米線，蒙自特色，就在酒店不遠處。自助早餐也挺豐盛，服務人員工作也很認真負責態度良好。

感謝前台服務的小夥子，服務態度非常好，主動給升級了套房，酒店位置也不錯，就在南湖公園邊上，緊鄰蒙自最大的商城南湖薈，吃飯購物都很方便。酒店設施設備都很新，房間衞生打掃乾淨舒適，床品也不錯。

很滿意的一次旅行入住，酒店整體都不錯 設施設備新 早餐也不錯，前台服務熱情周到，尤其是大堂經理小李熱情細緻還為我們送了兩份歡迎水果，真心不錯[強][強][強]

房間總體感覺比較好。但湖景房白天你真的是瞓不了覺，因為我們要趕飛機，所以白天想睡一會，但湖邊的房真的會被下邊的廣告促銷的聲音將你嘈到不得了。
