La camera era grande e complessivamente comoda, anche se alcune questioni. In primo luogo, ci sono due letti nella stanza e abbiamo intenzione di usare entrambi, ma c'era solo un giacca in riserva. In secondo luogo, il bagno non aveva una tovagliola, eccetto per una 30 cm vicino al bacino per la tovagliola. Infine, per una stanza così diversamente moderna non c'è tostapane. Ho prenotato direttamente e poi è stato e-mailato un sondaggio. Ho preso il tempo di rispondere, pensando che sarebbe stato utile (o perché lo chiedono), menzionando i tre punti sopra citati. Ho ricevuto un'offensiva e-mail di nuovo dicendomi che le camere hanno i binari (quelli che sono in foto del sito, ma la mia non l'ha fatto), che se avessi voluto un giacca di riserva per entrambi i letti che avrebbero fornito uno avrebbero chiesto (eccetto che ricezione chiude alle 8 o prima di andare a letto e non si rende conto prima di andare a letto) e sottolineare che la stanza ha riscaldamento (non un sostituto di un coperchio sul letto temo, non molte persone dormono con il riscaldamento andando tutta la notte). Se non volessero un feedback onesti e costruttivo, non dovrei chiederlo, e mi dispiacerebbe non aver perso il mio tempo su di loro.

La stanza era pulita e le strutture erano davvero buone.

We had a 2 night stay at Chateau Yering as a catch up for old work colleagues. There were some initial problems ( very poor attitude and communication from one reception staff member who caused issues with our booking and meals ). These were quickly rectified quickly by Vince & his colleagues. He and the dark haired front of house person were excellent . So too were the restaurant and bar staff. However, the place is very very run down . It was very disappointing . The cost per night was $400 (inc breakfast only ). It is more expensive that the 5 star hotels in the city but is no where near the standard. It is the frayed couches, worn out mechanics and dated interiors that results in the place not making the grade any longer and needs a huge revamp . The computers were not working the entire time we were there despite many staff doing their best to repair the system . It meant that staff were diverted from doing their proper roles and the service suffered as a result ( I stress staff were not to blame but were in fact trying their hardest to sort out ongoing problems that were just beyond their control). We ordered the degustation menu with matching wines . As a result of staff being called to do other roles i.e.fix computer system, our wines did not match the course and arrived late , leaving us with cold food while we waited for the wine . Further , the TV in my room did not work properly, I also felt that the breakfast was a disappointment. Usually I would expect a buffet of fruit, cereal , juice, toast and bakery items and then also have a hot selection to order as part of the breakfast ( the cost was listed as $35 pp) . However it was one section of breakfast item and one hot drink according to the menu .That was all. We were offered juice but it was unclear if this would be extra or included . A similar issue happened with the second coffee . There were no newspapers on the first day but some on the weekend day. The food was mostly very good especially from Eleanor's restaurant . A charcuterie board that we ordered was quite lean in the quantity and some of the meats were not very nice ( this was the order that was messed up ) and required additional items to be ordered . In short great staff ( except for the cranky blonde woman on reception ) , nice food that was a bit light on in serving sizes, but terrible surroundings .

...ho raggiunto appena dopo le due...la mia stanza era pronta e la signora alla ricezione era bella.La mia stanza aveva tutto quello che mi serviva....un letto per dormire e un caldo per fare una tazza calda. Il letto era così confortevole e la zona era tranquilla. Ho avuto un breve ma bellissimo soggiorno...Torno.

Il nostro soggiorno era OK quanto il letto e il bagno erano accettabili per il prezzo. - quando il prezzo è $125 o così. Il trucco è mentre pubblicizzano $125 per notte, venerdì e sabato notte i prezzi vanno fuori dallo scala. Leggi la tua proposta, anche se sei in fretta. Ci sono camere molto migliori intorno a circa 200 dollari o più. Ci siamo trasferiti 4 notti e abbiamo prolungato un altro - un sabato. (Famiglie in prossimità). Il signore ha detto $120 per la notte extra, ma quando ho ricevuto la mia dichiarazione, era $189! Allora mi è reso conto che mi era stato imputato anche per venerdì. Rieducato in contatto e andare e non disturbare la ricetta. In questo momento, questi prezzi non sono eccessivamente elevati - per un stabilimento ragionevole. Anche se nella stanza le basi erano ragionevoli, la stanza aveva un tostapane e microonde, ma non ci sono piatti di pane o cuttery, solo piccole bowling. Chiesto al ricevimento e si è dato qualche cucina e bolle di pasta.Grande per il toast! A quanto pare la gente continua a rubarli o a romperli. Quindi, caricali e avere qualcosa di ragionevole per la gente ragionevole! La porta non si stava aperta nemmeno senza un colpo con la spalla e poi si era catturata solo per millimetri. La catena era in piedi e le sedie erano in posizione, non preoccupatevi. La stanza era servita solo una volta durante il nostro soggiorno dopo che abbiamo chiesto. Il resto che si aspetta e accetta per un affare più economico. Ma la prossima volta che siamo vicini a Lilydale, possiamo pagare $189, ma cercheremo un valore $189.

Il centro commerciale Chirnside è situato a soli 5 km dal centro commerciale Chirnside. La stanza è stata generosamente grande con una bella vista sul campo da golf e il passato di rose locali che si trovavano per la mattina costituzionale. È ora che le camere siano aggiornate, sebbene siano stanche. Il bicchiere nel bar era grande e il colazione aveva molte opzioni. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Suggerimenti caldi: controllare prima dell'arrivo se i ristoranti sono aperti e chiedere una camera al terzo piano che si guarda al campo da golf.

We stayed in the luxury safari tent for (2) nights and had a wonderful time. Even in the midst of Winter the tent was very warm. With a nice, comfortable bed, great pillows, sizeable room and a view across the vineyards, it was fantastic. The I have to add, the wine tasting experience was fantastic. When we stayed last year the experience was awful, chaotic and unappealing. Balgownie have done a complete 180 here and now it’s a highlight! Good on you for recognising the deficiency, remedying it and delivering a great product. It was truly the highlight for us.

We didn’t look to the hotel for more than just a bed for the night, so didn’t check out the other facilities. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the room was set up in a modern and pleasant way. The room has most of what you need but it is very small, with very little space to even set down a suitcase. I would have preferred access to a full size ironing board rather than a desktop one.
