Hotel in zona Toorak Uniting Church, Melbourne

L'appartamento era spazioso e aveva tutto quello che voleva, ma aveva un posto strano. Una stazione di caffè vicino alla cucina ma guardando in sala da pranzo, poi un discorso strano che è stato usato come un pozzo e un gabinetto più vicino al salone, anche. Un gran numero di pozzi e pani, ma non un coltello di ioni. Tga stretch è situato su è sorprendente. L'opposto della chiesa è speciale. Infatti ogni edificio era vecchio e architettonico bellissimo.. grande luogo per rimanere in autunno con le foglie di scarico per effetto.. Era tranquillo e bello, ma disgustoso, ucciso e stranamente lodato. Mi piace sentire un caldo e invitare energia quando entro in un hotel questo era proprio lì per darvi twhsy u bisogno di rimanere lontano da casa per una notte in un appartamento da 1 camera in una pittoresca strada in lidilda ....

Camere pulite, personale amichevole e posizione perfetta. Facile accesso ai punti di trasporto pubblico e di pasto. Grande valore per i soldi. Buona opzione di bilancio per una breve visita. Mi piacerebbe tornare.

Perfect choice for an hotel in Melbourne. They are located in the heart of China Town, which is very crowded in the evening/night, so could be a bit time consuming to reach at that time of the day. They have an agreement with a near Wilson Parking, so you’ll always know where to leave your car.

Not recommended for those who value their personal data security and privacy. Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections. Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment. None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests. FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building. The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful. In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross. I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind. The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

Questo hotel è oltre le mie aspettative, a questo prezzo ragionevole, il servizio fornito è sufficiente, di alta qualità e sono soddisfatto di scegliere questo hotel per il mio primo viaggio a Melbourne. La finestra della stanza mi permette di vedere il panorama della città.Il colazione di stile Aussie fornito nella sala da pranzo del 5° piano è buono e rinfrescante per me.Il bar del tetto è una scelta ideale per un cocktail. Se ho la possibilità, vorrei dare consigli ai miei amici di scegliere questo hotel se stanno pianificando un viaggio a Melbourne.

The staff were not following COVID protocols. None wore masks. Day manager actually spoke to us with mask on chin and AROUND the safety barrier. One pen used for everything by everyone. Night manager & staff as well as other guests were all maskless. We were not asked to show proof of our vaccination status. Inspired ZERO confidence that they were actually sanitising anything. My partner also felt unsafe as there were a lot of people loitering around the building. The room was clean and tidy. Located excellently for the event we were attending. Hot water worked, loved the choice of flooring. That was all. The room offered only one single bar of soap. No shower gel, shampoo or any extra toiletries as is expected from even the most basic accomodation you can stay in anywhere else. I have stayed in youth hostels in the outback and even they offered more than a tiny bar of soap. There was no indications of any extra services offered or being available. There were no extra pillows or blankets available in the room. One very flat pillow per person and a thin doona only. The pillows were so low that I could not sleep on it and when I asked for another pillow from the night manager I was met with rudeness. He finally gave me an old, dirty pillow with no pillow case (see photos). When I asked for a pillow case he acted like I was being ridiculous. We slept badly as the bed was very hard. Actually went home and slept as we were so tired from the uncomfortable bed. Upon checkout we got stuck in the lift as the door to the G floor would not open. We finally called for help using the phone but even though the front desk manager answered and said he would be with us immediately he was not. We finally left by going back to our floor and using the fire escape to exit via the basement parking. He then told us he couldn’t hear what we were saying on the phone so basically ignored us, and then gave some rubbish excuse about the one elevator being an old one that was not for guests. Basically if we had not exited the way we did we would have been stuck in the elevator for hours being ignored. There was no signage indicating anywhere that one of the two lifts was not for guests, and if the lift was not for guests you would think it would be clearly marked so.

The pluses are 1. relatively well maintained & new property 2. strategic location 3. approachable front office staff & breakfast staff 4. decent fresh breakfast in a pleasant and clean environment. The major minus is the room is not properly cleaned when we checked in. Hairs, dusty & dried watermark on bedside table. On a daily basis, only cursory housekeeping ie making of beds ,change of used towels & emptying of waste bins. No daily vacuuming, no wiping of surfaces and no changing of the used mugs(coffee & tea) & teaspoons . I had to formally make a request for freshly cleaned mugs. A properly clean room would hv made my stay a more pleasurable one.

A new and charming hotel, in the district of Docklands in Melbourne. Excellent location, very calm and quiet, next to a Tram Station, free ride to several places in the city, including downtown, walking to the Docklands and the Marina. The room was comfortable and specially clean, great king bed, nice shower with good amenities. Amazing infinity pool with a great view, sauna and a equiped fitness center. The breakfast has great quality, excellent food and beverages. The highlight are the staff, very attentive and friendly, the general manager Mr. Christian, is always available and present. One of the best lounge in Marriott Hotels. The M Club has a super nice atmosphere, excellent options for food and drinks, excellent wines and a chef in the morning preparing a very good breakfast. Congratulations to Fazeel and his team, they are ALL spectacular. I recommend André I'll be back. Thanks to all the wonderful human being from this elegant Marriott Hotel.

Questo posto è così bello è difficile capire la storia di ciò che una volta era una delle più famose prigioni australiane, perché è stato completamente ristrutturato in questo fantastico hotel. Tutto su di esso è così esteticamente piacevole. Le celle convertite che ora sono suite con tutti i mod cons. Il fondale ora una incredibile piscina insieme alle aree comuni diventando un favoloso bar di vino con vecchie celle ora va a godere di un'esperienza di cena intima. Il personale è meraviglioso. Grande grido al bellissimo Maddi, che era il nostro ospite designato, e che ospitava anche un'aggiunta aggiuntiva chiamata Place du temps, se siedete fuori nella vecchia giardina di esercizi e sip vino rosso, Mangiate chei grassi mentre passate attraverso la storia della prigione e delle zone circostanti. Il cibo era delizioso nel bar del vino e i cocktail grassi. Eravamo un po' di sovraccarico accidentale, ma Natasha sul desk front sortì tutto in modo ammirabile e immediato. Il personale è così amichevole e sembra amar davvero i loro lavori. Noi amiamo sicuramente la possibilità di tornare presto. Grazie.

We arrived out of hours and were expecting trouble however it was a simple phone call and we got our key. We got a great deal on our accommodation, which had more than enough for our needs. The facilities (pool etc) were great and everything in our room worked perfectly. the air con was cold and quiet, the TV was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the walls (toilet) and curtains (main entrance) are a little dirty (probably due to being a specific room for lots of children?) however this is just fussy. I will most definitely stay at Discovery Park again without any hesitation. From check in to check out it was easy, quiet and stress free exactly what I needed
