Abbiamo prenotato una settimana di soggiorno con nostra figlia, abbiamo perso il primo giorno di servizio in camera, abbiamo messo il nostro segno per una pulizia il Venerdì buono e abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio di testo per dire che tutte le pulizie della camera riprenderanno il prossimo martedì.
Buon Venerdì posso capire come è una vacanza molto importante, ma il sabato e lunedì ho trovato strano e l'unico posto che abbia mai avuto questo accadde.
L'hotel è bellissimo, pulito e in una posizione fantastica, ma la mancanza di servizio durante un lungo weekend quando si dispone di una vacanza familiare non funziona davvero.

Scegli un altro luogo, questo non vale il prezzo. Il servizio clienti non esiste. L'altra coppia con noi si sentiva molto fredda nella loro stanza, quindi abbiamo chiesto un'altra biancheria, perché non c'era nessuna spazzatura nell'unità, anche se le informazioni degli ospiti dicevano che c'era. Non c'era una finestra che copriva una delle finestre della nostra camera da letto e, come si faceva a ovest, la stanza si era fatta molto calda in pomeriggio, senza parlare del sole in prima cosa di mattina. Il piatto nel bagno non ha funzionato, il che ha reso difficile per mio marito avere un barbecue il giorno del matrimonio delle nostre figlie. La manutenzione ha convenuto che era un errore, ma non poteva risolverlo fino a lunedì, questo era venerdì. Non lo abbiamo mai più visto e siamo rimasti lì fino al prossimo mercoledì, l'unità è per 4 più persone, ma ha solo seduto per 3 nella sala salone. Un giorno non servivano l'unità, e dovevamo trovare un posto per rimuovere la nostra gomma, perché il binario era pieno e le nostre forniture non erano state sostituite. L'unica cosa buona sulla ricerca era la posizione, ma non mi fermerò di nuovo.

Il personale è stato molto utile, è stato chiaro che ci sono stati molti nuovi dipendenti che fanno il loro meglio e apprendendo sul lavoro, grande da vedere nell'industria dell'ospitalità. Purtroppo, una mala fortuna con la birra sbagliata, il personale ha corretto rapidamente questo. Arancini speciale era fantastico. Carne di maiale principale eccellente. Forse ci sono nuovi coltelli di bicchiere. Camera molto ben presentata. Vorrei davvero vedere un sanitatore a mano disponibile come uscire dai bagni come tutti i locali dovrebbero. Mi dispiace dover segnare questo 4/5, meglio classificato 93/100. Certamente rimarrà e cenare di nuovo. 😉

I stayed at st albans hotel last week.Staff are very friendly.Rooms are net and tidy. Close to airport and train station. Food was excellent manager on duty offered discount for us. Break fast packs were so handy on the go. Looking forward ro stay at St Albans hotel soon.

La mia moglie e io abbiamo avuto una partenza mattinata presto e l'idea di salire a 4.00 è stata o meno presto, e guidare all'aeroporto non ha avuto alcuna attrazione. Quindi abbiamo soggiornato una notte a HI, utilizzando il loro pacchetto per un soggiorno di una notte e 4 notti di parcheggio. Per noi il costo della notte, compreso il parcheggio per 7 giorni, è solo marginalmente superiore a quello che avremmo pagato per il parcheggio premio, un buon valore per i nostri soldi. L'hotel è attrezzato per il alto fatturato di arrivo e partenza dei passeggeri e dei curesti molto bene. Il check-in/out è veloce, amichevole e professionale. Il personale della sala da pranzo e del bar si avvicina al lavoro, in buoni spiriti. Il menu è ideale, per i viaggiatori affamati da molti luoghi con una cucina appropriata e ben prezzita, e una buona cucina.La nostra stanza è stata probabilmente l'offerta di base, ma piuttosto grande, senza spot e confortevole. Trasferimenti all'aeroporto, una passeggiata di 3 minuti è stata manipolata con rapidità e senza costi. Tutti insieme erano molto soddisfatti del pacchetto e lo consigliererebbero a chiunque come noi, evitando la sfida (squadra di traffico) di un precoce partenza.

Lovely modern room & very clean. Ground floor request was honoured thank you Quality as there are no elevators to the 2nd floor. So be ware if mobility issues Parking is not outside your room so be mindful of that. Reception very friendly & helpful. Only gripe would be to the restaurant/bar. Upon checkin we could see an entry via reception into the poker machine area which we thought normal. Not so as only open due to a wedding or conference. So you then have to go all the way round to the front to the Hotel to the restaurant. Bit inconvenient esp as it was raining. Could drive around but had had a cple of drinks so did the right thing & walked. I otherwise would have given 5 stars. Location not as close as we expected to airport & given Melb traffic leaving that bit earlier is always recommended

Stayed here for work, found checking in easy, room was clean and comfortable, Had dinner in restaurant and the meal was lovely. The bed was comfortable, air cond wasn't noisy like some places I have stayed in, it kept a constant temp & was just right considering it was very cold outside :) The meal the steak was cooked perfectly with the sides to match. Overall great place to stay & will return again.
