Absolutely fabulous! The room we stayed in had two double beds and was so spacious and well appointed. There was a coffee machine, dressing gowns, glasses and other great amenities in the room. The bathroom was also so generous you could swing a cat in there. The shower was piping hot and had great water pressure and the beds were super comfortable. Yes, there is building works happening next door but to be honest, it really didn’t bother us at all or disturb us from our sleep. The location was also perfect for attending the football as you are literally right next to Marvel stadium. The breakfast was also really nice and had all your basic hot foods and fruit. The chef would also cook an egg to your specification. Very happy and will definitely be back again.

After many years of delayed construction we stayed at the Ritz Carlton this past Sunday night. I grabbed a rate of $491 through the Marriott website which is comparable or a bit cheaper than other 5* hotels at the other end of town. The hotel is situated at the western end of the city near the main railway station which isn't the best location in Melb for a luxury hotel. However when pulling into the entrance to have the car valet parked ($75) it's another world. The guys at the entrance were friendly and very helpful. We were escorted to the lifts and whisked up to Level 80 for check in. We were given lots of information about the hotel and facilities and the man checking us in was pleasant and tole us that we were as close to the top on Level 77. The room is spacious with a separate toilet, luggage compartment and big bathroom with bath and a large desk. The views were incredible looking across the city to the east and the bay. Unfortunately our room was a couple of levels above the neighbouring tall building so I could hear the air con all night. As typical of luxury hotels the bed had too soft pillows for my liking and we should've asked for firmer pillows, I don't know why hotels continue to provide such soft pillows. I went to Level 64 for a swim in the shallow pool which was great with incredible views. We met friends and family for drinks in the lounge where the service was prompt and friendly but the drinks are very expensive which is to be expected of a luxury hotel. On the Sunday night near midnight there was a 3.8 richter earthquake in Melbourne but I didn't feel it but my wife said the building moved slightly and I did notice the clock had moved slightly. Breakfast on the long table is fantastic and we thought the breakfast was reasonably priced a la carte only with good selection available. I would stay here again given the right rate but keep in mind the hotel is a tram ride into the shopping and most of the restaurants are up the other end of the city.

A new and charming hotel, in the district of Docklands in Melbourne. Excellent location, very calm and quiet, next to a Tram Station, free ride to several places in the city, including downtown, walking to the Docklands and the Marina. The room was comfortable and specially clean, great king bed, nice shower with good amenities. Amazing infinity pool with a great view, sauna and a equiped fitness center. The breakfast has great quality, excellent food and beverages. The highlight are the staff, very attentive and friendly, the general manager Mr. Christian, is always available and present. One of the best lounge in Marriott Hotels. The M Club has a super nice atmosphere, excellent options for food and drinks, excellent wines and a chef in the morning preparing a very good breakfast. Congratulations to Fazeel and his team, they are ALL spectacular. I recommend André I'll be back. Thanks to all the wonderful human being from this elegant Marriott Hotel.

Questa piccola gemma di un hotel è in una piccola strada laterale, ma non è stata delusa. Le camere erano esattamente le stesse delle foto pubblicizzate e erano così tranquille considerando che era nel cuore della città. Possiamo controllare un po' prima, e usciamo subito, mentre il personale ha messo le valigie nelle nostre stanze per noi. La posizione è così buona che non si trova lontano da grandi shopping e da un gran numero di caffè e ristoranti. L'unico negativo è che non hanno un parcheggio in loco, ma è vicino e facile da raggiungere.

I spent 6 nights at Meriton Melbourne in a 1 bedroom suite. The room itself was very clean, tidy and accommodating. Everything I required was in there. It was quite spacious with a large living area and large bedroom. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I would happily stay here again and again. It is in a very convenient location. The only negative was a horrible whistling sound that came through the main door. The only way to prevent it was to open a window in the room. It was very loud and very annoying. I had other friends staying at the same time and the room they were in was the same. Other then that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Il luogo è situato in una zona di Carlton prima dove si può mangiare cucina da diversi paesi ogni giorno.. Il luogo è sicuro e fino a tardi sera/ mattina presto.. Il luogo ha una decorazione lussuosa e tutte le attrazioni (infatti mi piace come sono tecnici le camere). Le camere sono molto pulite e pulite ogni giorno. Un giorno, quando è stato accidentalmente ignorato, il manager ha fatto un punto per affrontare personalmente la pulizia la sera quando sono tornato nella stanza e l'ho portato all'attenzione. Infine, ma non meno importante, il caffè in hotel è solo grande - si può avere un caffè e brekkie b4 si inizia qui oggi. Sarei sicuramente tornato a questo posto quando io m Melbourne, e felicemente lo consigliere agli altri.

E prima di prenotare il mio alloggio, ho sottolineato il valore per i soldi dell'hotel che stavo per soggiornare e Atlantis Hotel ha controllato tutte le caselle per me. La posizione era grande, era solo 5 minuti dalla città attraverso il tram vicino, COLES era proprio in strada, Spencer Outlet Centre era anche cool. L'Ufficio di frontiera ha prestato un servizio molto rapido al momento dell'ispezione e, infine, il trasporto pubblico e la comodità complessiva sono stati eccellenti. In futuro rimarrebbe qui, soprattutto per il grande valore per i soldi.

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

Recently had 5 nights at this hotel with breakfast included in daily tariff. Excellent hotel in great location for the theatre district. Easy walking distance to free trams and multitude of mainly Asian restaurants. The room was well appointed and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.. Haven't slept so well for ages.. The room was cleaned and made up every morning with clean towels etc. The sheets were changed after 3 nights. Breakfast was adequate with several cold selections as well as tasty hot selections of bacon, eggs, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomato and other daily changes. All staff were very helpful and pleasant but the standout was 'Guy' We had several interactions with him and he was amazing in his caring customer service. This hotel is very lucky to have him onboard. He was extremely helpful on all levels and a really nice genuine man. Will gladly return to this hotel on the next sojourn to Melbourne.

Abbiamo scelto Miami perché era molto vicino al luogo dove andavamo a vedere un show in diretta. Che gemma. Dall'arrivo, il personale era utile e amichevole. Abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima aggiornamento che ci ha dato una splendida vista della città: la nostra stanza era grande, il letto molto comodo, la vasca ben progettata (anche avevano la crema di rasoio), un paio di sedie da sedere e, una cosa che amo, le mutandine per il tè o il caffè. Tutto era senza spot. Il WiFi era buono. Ci sono parcheggi sul sito a pagamento. Alcuni sotto copertura ma anche spazio per i veicoli più alti che non possono adattarsi sotto. Ci è una cucina ospite che sarebbe grande per soggiorni più lunghi. Siamo rimasti venerdì sera senza problemi di rumore. Caffè, pub e ristoranti sono tutti a piedi e un tram è appena in piedi. In viaggio in città, di solito restiamo in un hotel molto più costoso, ma da ora in Miami sarà il nostro andare in proprietà. Molto conveniente, grande personale e comodi letti, cosa altro potresti chiedere?

The staff organises many activities to bring people together, such as nights at the pub, movie-nights and offered food - like toast and BBQ events. The Arden is a great value for money motel - being from country Vic having to stay in Melbourne for medical related purposes you are not usually in a position to be spending unnecessary money, the location is awesome & central, good ammenities of all kinds near by, I have stayed multiple times and have found the staff most helpful - don’t book expecting something your not paying the extra hundreds for - I have always found the rooms clean (1980’s styling, but I’m not looking for fancy - just convenience & comfort), you have secure parking and a reasonably quiet location, I’ll continue to book for my future needs!

Stato qui il 3 e 4 giugno.. Nuovo hotel, così come previsto, pulito e ben mantenuto.. La camera era molto piccola, ma il letto era molto comodo ( due re singola si sono spinti insieme),la camera era una grande dimensione con una doccia grande, che aveva una mano con la testa, così come la testa piovana.Nessuna guardia,ma aveva una ferrovia con circa 6 vestiti.. Connie, che era al di fuori del dipartimento, era sorprendente, molto utile e niente era molto problematico.Molto facile.e senza saldatura check-in.. L'hotel era grande, una pietra gettata al Vic Market, e ristoranti. In futuro saremo di nuovo, e consigliamo questo hotel ... 2 pollice in alto ...👍👍

Sono interstatale per le attività commerciali su base regolare e ho soggiornato in molti luoghi di alloggio ben classificati, tuttavia, impegnato a trovare qualcosa da criticare in questo hotel. Il personale è sorprendente - niente è troppo difficile, fanno tutte le piccole cose, oltre e oltre ciò che mi aspetto che ti faccia sentire come un ospite speciale. Tutti sembravano ”colpiti a mano” per adattarsi alla cultura di servizio dell'hotel. La qualità e la pulizia delle strutture sono A1. Le camere sono confortevoli e tranquille. Un piccolo tavolo e sedie, divano e TV enorme sono una caratteristica benvenuta. Le strutture di conferenza funzionavano bene. La sala di conferenza, la sala colazione e il bar Bistro/cocktail intimati offrono cibo e bevande di qualità. Il mio partner è disabilito in una sedia a rotelle e tutte le sue esigenze erano ben soddisfatte e veramente soddisfatte in una stanza standard. Solo una suggerimento - sarebbe bello avere un impianto di fermature magnetiche, quindi la porta resterà aperta mentre passa con la sedia a rotelle o i sacchetti.Grazie, team Marriott, saremo sicuramente indietro :)

In generale, un buon posto, ma potrebbe essere molto meglio se la gestione controlla le camere dopo la custodia e se non è impossibile informare la persona in anticipo quando la custodia viene e consigliare gentilmente la custodia di pulire la stanza su base giornaliera come al mio 3 Il giorno di soggiorno Housekeeping è venuto solo una volta quando ero fuori e non ha fatto nulla per il nome della pulizia, ma ha spostato le cose da un posto all'altro.

Abbiamo scelto Miami perché era molto vicino al luogo dove andavamo a vedere un show in diretta. Che gemma. Dall'arrivo, il personale era utile e amichevole. In viaggio in città, di solito restiamo in un hotel molto più costoso, ma da ora in Miami sarà il nostro andare in proprietà. Molto conveniente, grande personale e comodi letti, cosa altro potresti chiedere?

Il personale è molto amichevole, utile e accogliente, fa tutto ciò che rende il nostro soggiorno confortevole e piacevole.L'appartamento è pulito e profumo e offre anche detergenti per lavanderia. C'è un interconnessione che offre accesso ai compagni e alla famiglia o cibo Uber. La posizione è super. 7 minuti a piedi dai negozi. Il punto è che la brigata d'incendio era proprio in giro e si stanno spostando su quella sirena annoiante così era piuttosto rumoroso 😑 e la camera da letto non aveva un ventilatore o aria condizionata e a volte è molto calda. L'unico posto con aria condizionata era la sala da letto, ma ci è voluto un po' per poter scendere.Ma, oltre a consigliare questo posto :)
