Hotel in zona CBD, Melbourne

I had a lovely stay at Brady Hotel! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, but one thing to watch out for is the shower design. Since it doesn’t have a door, water tends to spill out, which can be a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would definitely stay here again!

Nice spacious rooms with in-room washer and dryer, as well as a kitchenette. Location is pretty decent as the hotel is located at an intersection which serves North-South and East-West trams. Although its right next to Flinders Street, we did not experience any loud noises from the street or trams to disturb our sleep. Only gripe was that the hotel only had 1 functioning elevator and it could take awhile during peak movement times. Would definitely still recommend~

We had a good time at Grand Hyatt during the summer - Christmas, boxing day test and Yarra Valley vineyard. Everything was very accessible from here. Especially the famous Lune cafe is just in front of the hotel. Make sure you get their corner units, it had a great panaroma view.

Ci siamo seduti. Dopo 15 minuti ho avvisato che la vita era troppo breve per mangiare per loro. Dovevamo pranzare e saremmo tornati tra 30 minuti. Se non risolto entro allora, sarà l'ora del Manager. Sono tornato, nuove carte, nuova stanza ed eravamo dentro, Avanti, password Wi Fi. È in TV, no, non lo era. Torno alla scrivania che l'ha scritto, lo ha scritto, non andare. Tornati alla scrivania ancora una volta, inseriscono la password Wi-Fi. Questo è stato fatto domenica. Lunedi. La signora alla reception si è scusata e ci ha dato l'aggiunta pomeridiana al parcheggio che ci ha evitato di correre in giro e ci ha permesso di pranzare prima di partire da Mel CBD. Ottima posizione, personale amatoriale in servizio la domenica.

overall stay was good, location is good and near skybus, however tv was spoilt and had to change room but was spoilt again… overall rooms were clean but no toothpaste and bf was simple but nice

Really nice location and friendly people at the reception. The view was amazing during night as well as in the morning! We only missed the clean towels and refill of sugar 2 days.

We (wife n my 13 years old son) recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the room. The bed was much smaller than expected, which made it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t seem to work properly – it wasn’t cold enough to cool the room, leaving it uncomfortably warm throughout the night. For the price, I expected better quality and more comfort. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects for future guests.

We took the 2 bedrooms with balcony. 1st room we were given had very dirty balcony so we went down to the reception to request for a change of room maybe even no balcony was ok. The lady at the front desk was very kind and brought us to see a few rooms with balcony for us to take our pick so we ended up with a nicer one and love it.

To be allocated on ground floor is something you do not expect when you make reservation as such a high standard hotel. Even worse not to find a bottle of free mineral water.

The hire is low-key situated at a side street along Spencer Street/Southern-cross station with around 5 min's walk. I really like the design/decoration of the hotel - probably because I'm a wood lover. It's just quite classic yet a bit fashionable? Not quite sure what word to use cause I'm not a fashion chaser. The swimming pool feels relaxing and it's a bit dim (which makes me feel safe and private). The breakfast does not offer a huge range of selection - but everything is well prepared with good quality. I particularly like their salad which I could keep eating haha.
