Kindly service and beautiful apartment. Decoration is wonderful. Important thing is this apartment is so cheap.

We really enjoyed our stay at Canva. Great view from the river view room, close to Southern Cross. However the metro trains that pass near the hotels are very noisy.

The location is fabulous. Walking distance to 2 train stops which can take you to the city, to St Kilda and beyond, to Docklands. Southern Cross Station is only a 6-min walk and there is 7-11 and a few kebab restaurants along the street. Room is spacious and comfortable. There is no housekeeping; only a towel change. Kitchen is fully equipped if you need to cook and I like having a washer/dryer during my stay. My negatives about my stay is that there is no hair dryer provided and toilet sink has mold in the corners (which is quite a put off). I was on the 16th floor so had no issues with noise from the trains/trams. Overall, a good stay and great service from the front desk staff!

This is such a nifty spot for a solo stay in Melbourne. Great location 10 mins walk away from the Southern Cross stations where you can hop on the Airport Skyexpress and close to many tram stops. Within 20-30 mins walk from the city hotspots. It’s close to the train so if you’re a light sleeper, take note of the noises nearby. Has all the amenities needed for a short stay. Clean and newly renovated. Amazing reception service.

Located in the free tram zone with easy access to other place. Room is clean and nice

The apartment locates on good location. But it dosesn’t have private parking within the apartment. And we have to pay more for parking 30 AUD/night for renting other private parking near here. Reception is not available 24 hrs.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and extremely efficient in all my needs and inquiries. The housekeeping always makes my room new and clean. Location is at the city center which is convenient to all your needs and places to visit.

This hotel is located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, it's convinient to take trams, unfortunately it's not 24 hours front desk service, quite a hassle for someone like me who is catching early plane out of Melbourne

The facility was clean and spacious. However, there is only air condition in the living room and not the bedroom, so we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open to get the AC in. Location was good, convenient and close to lots of public transport and very close to Southern Cross station. However because it's close it is a bit noisy. So I hope you are not light sleeper!
