Lovely room, comfortable bed and quiet inside. Had everything you needed. Would love to have coffee maker/Nespresso in room and updated tv, but for one night visit to city it was good.

Amazing 5 star service

A wonderful stay - beautifully decked out room, warm and light. A perfect spot for a one-night getaway. Staff were efficient and friendly. Lovely old world feel to the entire place. Highly recommended.

Room was large and comfortable. Serviced daily. Aircon did not work properly. Tv did not work at all. Fabulous location.

Wonderful two night stay, very friendly service. We upgraded to a deluxe room which was spacious with a very comfortable bed and soft pillows. We overlooked Spring Street only negative being the windows were really in need of a clean.

Lovely very old hotel. My room was at the very back of the hotel with a view to the laneway and office people which I could see. My room was a little smokey and also had a strong plug in air freshener which was a bit overpowering but I would stay again

優點： 酒店環境風格很有特色，打卡出片。 早餐很美味。 地理位置優越，CBD的景點都步行距離。 前台和餐廳都有會説中文的，溝通順暢。 遺憾： 房間巨小，壓根沒有頁面標註的22平。 設施比較陳舊，預訂的兩間房，一間空調壞了，好在升級，房間大，還可以看街景，另一間衣櫃移門滑軌一拉就壞，好在酒店及時發現過來修理。 服務不錯！ 旁觀婚禮現場，蠻驚喜的！

到墨爾本之前選酒店時，就被酒店的外貌吸引了，這家老牌酒店具有100多年的歷史，入住這家酒店就好似在感受歷史。入住的房間雖然不大，但乾淨整潔。出行也非常方便，火車站和電車站就在附近，報了兩個一日遊團，酒店就是接送點之一，周邊吃的也很多。下次如再來墨爾本，還會選擇温莎。

房間很小很舊有點昏暗 房間內沒有拖鞋沒有吹風機沒牙刷牙膏，一瓶免費礦泉水也沒有。 公共區域設計是美的，但是房間居住起來有點難受。 前台一個服務員，在刷我的卡付按金的時候，前後刷了我三張不同的卡，都沒有成功，就表現的越來越不耐煩。態度不好。後把我轉交給另一個同事，（另個同事在服務其他人，我就一直在等）換了個機器一刷就成功。事實是他們的機器有問題。讓我前後等了很久，但是工作人員並沒有表示任何歉意。

温莎酒店是一個老牌的五星級酒店🏨！ 對面就是曾經的國會大廈！看酒店的設計就能感受到曾經的輝煌！ 很多名人和王室的人住過。酒店的設施確實比較陳舊，但這也是你選擇體驗它的一部分！ 早餐是需要點餐的，味道還可以！

房間佈置舒適，房內設施齊全，床品乾淨衞生，酒店地理位置優越，出行方便；酒店服務熱情，早餐豐富，環境優雅。
