Hotel in zona Masjid As-Syakirin, Melaka Tengah

La camera è del The Pines Hotel, la posizione è ottima e la camera accogliente. Ma non c'erano servizi come il minibar o lo spazzolino da denti. L'unico articolo disponibile erano gli asciugamani. Inoltre non c'è la connessione wifi. La camera è pulita e biq. E la vista dalla camera (23° piano) è spettacolare. Non c'era la doccia per la doccetta vicino al WC.

Un'esperienza di soggiorno molto positiva. L'hotel si trova proprio sul fiume Malacca. È possibile raggiungere a piedi luoghi vivaci come Jonker Street in circa 15 minuti. La camera è ampia, con un ampio balcone, ed il bagno è dotato di una grande vasca. La colazione è nell'Edificio 3A, con una gamma completa di varietà. Poiché il nostro orario del treno era relativamente tardi, abbiamo chiesto di effettuare il check-out 1 ora dopo il giorno del check-out e l'hotel ha prontamente accettato. Nel complesso, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e altamente raccomandato.

Servizio clienti immediato e molto amichevole dal getgo. L'ospite ci ha contattati prima del nostro soggiorno e ha inviato istruzioni per parcheggio e l'auto check-in. Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno e sicuramente lo consigliereremo per le famiglie.

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Hotel recentemente ristrutturato in piccola zona indiana. Passeggiata vicino a Jalan Bunga Raya dove c'è un sentiero al fiume e molti caffè. La stanza è pulita e tranquilla. La colazione è semplice ma riempimento. Il servizio è v amichevole. Rimarrei lì di nuovo.

Luogo piacevole, relativamente pulito e tranquillo, lontano dalle strade principali, vicino a tutto. Luoghi di interesse a piedi che è conveniente. Piazzate di pasto, piacevole cibo di croccante vicino soprattutto colazione, pranzo ecc può essere vicina. La strada Jonker è a pochi passi e vicino al lato del fiume.

Love it so much, we stayed here for 3 days 2 nights, the rooms are very clean, wide and equipped with basic equipments and electrical appliances such as microwave, electrical stove, fridge, washing machine and TV. You will be assigned one unique parking lot for each unit after checked in. Customer service is so excellent and efficient. The view is pretty nice, can even see Encore Melaka from our unit. Will come here again next time.

Il servizio di manutenzione è di grande aiuto. Al momento del check-in in camera, la cassaforte era chiusa a chiave, la TV era spenta dalla fonte di alimentazione principale. Questi sono stati risolti immediatamente su richiesta. La pulizia della stanza è relativamente buona, ma può essere migliore, si può vedere della carta velina bloccata nel ventilatore dell'aria condizionata.

The property is shared with hotels and other property owners in one same building. Perfect Host was the owner of the property that we are staying with. It works like a serviced apartment except there is no lobby and proper check in. The staff will text you prior to your arrival to arrange to meet at the security counter at a very specific timing where he will appear to hand you the key card for check in. So must take note. The property is just about 5mins walk to Hatten Hotel, which is then connected to the other malls so rather convenient. Just infront of the property is also one of the major pick up location for buses that goes to other parts of Malaysia or Singapore. The rooms is clean and proper, just that it can be seen that the property is a little dated but otherwise still comfortable. Comes with a kitchenette and also swimming pool to use. Highly recommend this property to stay, with prices so affordable it is definitely on my top list. The only downside is there is no Wi-Fi provided. Otherwise, just below the property, there is also plenty of food choices so don't worry about getting hungry!

Non è la mia prima volta che mi fermo all'Hotel Ames, è la mia terza volta, e sarà l'ultima volta!! Viaggio per lavoro quasi ogni settimana, sia all'interno della Malaysia che all'estero. Ho soggiornato in dozzine di hotel, come potete vedere dal mio record sul sito web di Agoda, ma questo è stato il peggiore soggiorno mai!!! Sono arrivato a mezzanotte, e nessun personale ha aiutato con il mio bagaglio. C’era un uomo in una camicia nera che mi ha appena camminato in macchina senza offrire alcun aiuto, e c’era anche una donna incinta (un cliente) che ha appena uscito dalla sua macchina per entrare, e nessuno l’ha aiutata. Il manager della notte, chiamato FARED, mi ha aiutato con il mio check-in. Ho chiesto un check-out tardivo alle 3 pm perché ho avuto un evento anche sotto la mia compagnia all'hotel Ames, ma la mattina dopo mi ha informato che dovevo controllare alle 2 pm. Ho rispettato anche se ho detto al signor FARED la notte precedente circa il check-out tardivo alle 3:00. Tuttavia, quando ho fatto colazione al Merchant Lounge, un manager di nome Joseph mi ha detto che dovevo andare a controllare a 1 pm, anche se FARED aveva confermato con me la notte prima di poter andare a controllare a 2 pm. Joseph ha anche detto che la mia camera era stata aggiornata gratuitamente, anche se io pagavo per l'appartamento non era gratis. Egli mi ha fatto sembrare che abbia ricevuto un aggiornamento complimentare e non abbia diritto al servizio che mi sono meritato. Questo è estremamente disretto, e questo è il mio sincero recensione dell'Ames Hotel Melaka. Grazie al personale della sala chiamato DILA per aver calmato mia moglie e me e per aver fornito un buon servizio ospite.
