Hotel in zona Masjid Al Muhtadin Kg Bukit Kechil, Melaka Tengah

Ho trascorso un piacevole soggiorno all'Hallmark. La camera era pulita e grande. Le strutture in parte sembravano un po' vecchie come il tetto. È a 15-20 minuti a piedi dal centro turistico, quindi un po' fuorigioco se si viaggia a piedi, meglio con un'auto o una moto. Informazioni privilegiate: proprio dall'altra parte della strada c'è il caffè verde, gestito da un'adorabile coppia di anziani con una colazione fantastica! Vai a dare un'occhiata.

Regular guest at this hotel due its excellent location close to the main tourist attractions, eateries and shopping malls. Room is comfortable and quite spacious. My usual grouse is the tiny shower cubicle that leaves splashes of water on the bathroom floor. But overall, a satisfactory stay.

Il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Bayview Melaka è stato davvero memorabile, grazie in parte al personale estremamente utile e amichevole del front desk. La pulizia è stata impeccabile in tutto l'hotel, con ogni angolo che riflette l'impegno del personale a mantenere un ambiente prigioniero. Sebbene non ultramoderno, l'hotel ha fornito le più essenziali strutture, tra cui lo sportello e le strutture di piscina ben mantenute. Il design e l’atmosfera della vecchia scuola hanno aggiunto un fascino, offrendo un’occhiata alla ricchezza della storia di Melaka, e la sua posizione strategica nel cuore di Melaka ha reso difficile esplorare le attrazioni della città. La spaziosa stanza, con una vista incantevole sulle strade e sul fiume sereno, era un’evidenza, offrendo un bel ritiro dopo un giorno di vista. Ma ciò che era stato davvero esposto è il caldo e il professionalismo del personale del desk front, che, dall’ingresso all’ingresso, erano sempre pronti ad aiutare con un sorriso, offrindo consigli preziosi e assicurando che tutte le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte in fretta. Per coloro che cercano una miscela di comfort, nostalgia e ospitalità in Melaka, Bayview Hotel Melaka è altamente raccomandato.

Hotel recentemente ristrutturato in piccola zona indiana. Passeggiata vicino a Jalan Bunga Raya dove c'è un sentiero al fiume e molti caffè. La stanza è pulita e tranquilla. La colazione è semplice ma riempimento. Il servizio è v amichevole. Rimarrei lì di nuovo.

Il servizio di manutenzione è di grande aiuto. Al momento del check-in in camera, la cassaforte era chiusa a chiave, la TV era spenta dalla fonte di alimentazione principale. Questi sono stati risolti immediatamente su richiesta. La pulizia della stanza è relativamente buona, ma può essere migliore, si può vedere della carta velina bloccata nel ventilatore dell'aria condizionata.

L'esperienza complessiva è soddisfacente. Il proprietario è stato molto attento e cordiale. La stanza è un grande spazio con decorazioni moderne. Ho prenotato un letto singolo e ho anche preso un divano letto espandibile extra. Inoltre, il proprietario ha fornito 2 materassi singoli extra. La porta del bagno non può essere chiusa a chiave. Il water e anche la parte seduta erano rotti, quindi difficili da usare. Ma dato che mi fermo solo per una notte, non mi importa davvero. Il parcheggio è molto costoso. Ho pensato che fosse RM2 per voce come da messaggio del proprietario. Ma in realtà era rm10 per la prima ora e rm6 per ogni ora successiva. Puffwwwwwwwwwwww...

Un'esperienza di soggiorno molto positiva. L'hotel si trova proprio sul fiume Malacca. È possibile raggiungere a piedi luoghi vivaci come Jonker Street in circa 15 minuti. La camera è ampia, con un ampio balcone, ed il bagno è dotato di una grande vasca. La colazione è nell'Edificio 3A, con una gamma completa di varietà. Poiché il nostro orario del treno era relativamente tardi, abbiamo chiesto di effettuare il check-out 1 ora dopo il giorno del check-out e l'hotel ha prontamente accettato. Nel complesso, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e altamente raccomandato.

La stanza è spaziosa. 2 letti matrimoniali e hanno ancora spazio per camminare. Ci sono 3 piscine al livello 9 ma non ci sarà asciugamano. La posizione è a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla strada Jonker. Vicino a un ristorante di Nyonya e a lungokan Siham , Mahkota Ice Kacang e così via. Mancanza di manutenzione, camere e strutture. L'ascensore deve attendere molto, soprattutto per il picco. Carpark gratuito a livello 7 & 8 . Ma è necessario entrare in parcheggio per rilevare il numero della targa e poi registrare con l'aiuto del desk front. E 'gratuito per più ingressi per il soggiorno.

Where do I begin with this hotel…?! Booked for 3 nights via Expedia because the hotel’s reservation page kept declining my credit card but still charging it - will sort this out later. Check-in: was told I had to pay a RM50 deposit in cash when I checked in. My hotel was prepaid online but I have no issue with the deposit, except they wouldn’t take credit cards for the deposit as they apparently cannot issue deposit refunds via credit card. I guess they haven’t learned about placing authorizations on cards and reversing the charges. They have Touch n’Go e-wallet stickers at reception but also wouldn’t allow me to pay the deposit via TnG. Fortunately I had some cash on me or I would have had to go find an ATM to withdraw money. Arguing with the receptionist is pointless since they’re merely enforcing stupid and nonsensical policies by management. Room: basic but acceptable. The remote controls for the air conditioning and tv were given at check-in. I guess the management is highly suspicious of guests and will not leave them in the room. Hot water in the shower was lukewarm at best and water pressure so-so. TV channels have zero channels in English. Guess English-speakers aren’t their intended clientele. Housekeeping does not automatically make up rooms. I was out the whole day and when I came back around 645pm, realised that the room was not made up. By then I had decided to move hotels and forego remaining 2 nights after the first night. At checkout when I told the receptionist about the unmade room, I was told that I had to call housekeeping to clean the room. What kind of half-baked, cheapskate dump has such a ridiculous policy!? I was told that apparently some guests don’t allow housekeeping in and so they just decided to not clean until asked. Amazingly every other respectable hotel in the world has a better solution to this - come back later!! Funnily this ridiculous policy is also not communicated at check-in. I didn’t expect an offer of refund for checking out early. Any hotel whose management is such a skinflint that they wouldn’t even provide daily housekeeping or keep the remotes in the room can hardly be expected to engage in customer service. Oh as a bonus, I saw an ironing board in the corridor. They wouldn’t provide ironing boards in the room of course. The pictures say more than I can. Verdict: never coming back here again if I can help it. Overpriced and does not deserve 3 star rating.

Love it so much, we stayed here for 3 days 2 nights, the rooms are very clean, wide and equipped with basic equipments and electrical appliances such as microwave, electrical stove, fridge, washing machine and TV. You will be assigned one unique parking lot for each unit after checked in. Customer service is so excellent and efficient. The view is pretty nice, can even see Encore Melaka from our unit. Will come here again next time.
