When I'm arrived, there's a lot of free parking. So i like about it.
What I don't like is about swimming pool. I thought there's an outdoor or private swimming pool for adults only. But when I'm asking about swimming pool, all staff said the same thing that the swimming pool is within waterpark that need to pay RM29 for entrance. A bit disappointed because when I'm make a booking, I thought there's a free swimming pool but it was not
One more things, Bayou Lagoon Park Resort need to update some photos each of different rooms. Not all rooms use the same photo. Rooms not same as given photos.
About cleanliness, I'm sorry. There's scratch on the floor and there's a stain of blood on bed. ☹️

La camera è del The Pines Hotel, la posizione è ottima e la camera accogliente. Ma non c'erano servizi come il minibar o lo spazzolino da denti. L'unico articolo disponibile erano gli asciugamani. Inoltre non c'è la connessione wifi. La camera è pulita e biq. E la vista dalla camera (23° piano) è spettacolare.
Non c'era la doccia per la doccetta vicino al WC.

Ci sono 3 piscine al livello 9 ma non ci sarà asciugamano.
La posizione è a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla strada Jonker.
Vicino a un ristorante di Nyonya e a lungokan Siham , Mahkota Ice Kacang e così via.
Mancanza di manutenzione, camere e strutture.
L'ascensore deve attendere molto, soprattutto per il picco.
Carpark gratuito a livello 7 & 8 . Ma è necessario entrare in parcheggio per rilevare il numero della targa e poi registrare con l'aiuto del desk front. E 'gratuito per più ingressi per il soggiorno.

Luogo piacevole, relativamente pulito e tranquillo, lontano dalle strade principali, vicino a tutto. Luoghi di interesse a piedi che è conveniente. Piazzate di pasto, piacevole cibo di croccante vicino soprattutto colazione, pranzo ecc può essere vicina. La strada Jonker è a pochi passi e vicino al lato del fiume.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, situated in the heart of Melaka, making it convenient to explore all the main attractions.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I felt like a valued guest throughout my stay.

It was a really nice room with enough beds for the whole family, location is also excellent for local tourists with cars as all the sights of Malacca can be reached easily in about 30mins by car. Make sure to take advantage of the discounted tickets for attractions offered by the front desk, it can help you save a bundle.

Al momento del check-in in camera, la cassaforte era chiusa a chiave, la TV era spenta dalla fonte di alimentazione principale. Questi sono stati risolti immediatamente su richiesta.
La pulizia della stanza è relativamente buona, ma può essere migliore, si può vedere della carta velina bloccata nel ventilatore dell'aria condizionata.

UUtente ospiteThis is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

UUtente ospiteBooked via Trip.Com, I did not know the room was a family suite which was actually a heritage house opposite to the main hotel block. Interesting to have a nostalgic experience to stay in an traditional house but might be a little too quiet for solo travellers. Need to climb the stairs as the bed and the washroom/pantry are on different floors. Staff was friendly and the house was spotless clean. Another plus is the strong air con in the house against the crazy heat in Malacca.

I love this hotel and definitely will come back again to stay in this hotel. I love their design of their rooms too. Very comfortable and have lot of places to put our things in organised way. They have a small fridge in the hotel. Most importantly, lot of foods and restaurants nearby. They have a cafe and 711 next door so convenient and superb. Thank you Asiatic Hotel for your hospitality and definitely will come back again to stay in this hotel.

TToby WearnesIn realtà questo è un bel hotel. Solo che le strutture circostanti sono inclinate a rendere l'hotel meno attraente soprattutto deve camminare attraverso le sale vuote. E il parcheggio è sul lato diverso.
Hotel sapiente, è abbastanza buono. Buona doccia calda, bagno pulito e lenzuola. Letto e bastone sono comodi. Il design, se correttamente mostrato è già abbastanza buono. Una pena così. Ma sarei ancora tornato qui se avessi bisogno di un soggiorno notturno.

Parcheggio è stato abbondante. L'iscrizione è stata semplice ma la stanza non era pronta nemmeno alle 3:00. Il servizio di check-out tardivo di un grande gruppo di turisti con personale minimo che lavorava quel domenica. Room was ok ... bagno un po 'spazzato e sporco Sono stati acquistati nel 2021 e sono in fase di ristrutturazione del posto. La posizione è buona come la sua solita, proprio lungo la spiaggia. Netto mercato lungo la strada fuori sul nito domenica!!! Il sonno è buono con l'aria condizionata. L'uscita è una brisa.

Roadside parking available. Overall it was up to my expectation and had a pleasant stay!
