Melaka Tengah: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, and the bed was perfect for a good night's rest. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, which made checking in and out easy and stress-free. However, there were a few issues that did impact my stay. Firstly, there was a leaking pipe in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Try to call room service but it wasn’t working. Lastly, the food for breakfas at the hotel was decent, but nothing to rave about. It was quite basic. Despite these issues, the stay was overall good, but I hope the hotel addresses these small concerns for future guests.

Il servizio di manutenzione è di grande aiuto. Al momento del check-in in camera, la cassaforte era chiusa a chiave, la TV era spenta dalla fonte di alimentazione principale. Questi sono stati risolti immediatamente su richiesta. La pulizia della stanza è relativamente buona, ma può essere migliore, si può vedere della carta velina bloccata nel ventilatore dell'aria condizionata.

Amazing stay! Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. For someone who’s big on cleanliness, this place was spotless. Towels prepared for guests by the pool and in the gym, very thoughtful! Breakfast was good, and the location is really convenient. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Jonker Street, or you can grab a ride for less than RM6. Highly recommend this place!

Pros: Very refreshing welcome drink ginger ale BUT cold towel was smelly. Friendly frontdesk staffs. Beautiful hotel & great ambience. Room is spacious & clean. Cold & adjustable aircond with ceiling fan. Comfortable bed & pillows. Separate toilet, shower and bath tub; with bath salt & rubber duck. Free and covered parking, parking attendants even cleaning up your car windscreen for free. Free wifi. Complimentary in-room coffee makers & menu bar items. Satisfying breakfast buffet. No deposit required. Walking distance to Jonker Street & other nearby attractions. Quality herbal-smell toiletries. Cons: Arrived early but need to wait quite sometimes as room was not ready. Long lines at the front desk during my check-out. No bidet. Limited tv channels. Lousy noise when using water spray next to toilet.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, mainly due to the very friendly and welcoming staff. However, I would rate my stay 6/10, as there are several areas that need improvement. Swimming Pool Experience: While we respected the rule of wearing swimming caps, the caps provided were reused, still wet, and had an unpleasant smell. This was quite unhygienic and should be addressed. Towel Policy: We were required to register when entering the pool, which was fine. However, the restriction on bringing the towel back to the hotel room was inconvenient, as we had to return it while still wet. Facility Access Issues: The Kids' Room and Gym were inaccessible as our access card did not work, no hotel staff inside as well. This was frustrating since we were unable to use these amenities. Renovation Disturbance: The hotel was surrounded by renovation noises, which made it difficult to fully relax during our stay.

It’s a relatively nice hotel so everything is pretty clean and well-maintained. The service was great as everyone we met served with a smile. They also helped us to arrange for late checkout for 3 rooms so we really appreciate the flexibility. I only noticed the shuttle service to some malls towards the end of our stay though. Would be nice to mention this when we check in. Nevertheless, the location is near Jonker Walk yet not too jammed up so if that remains the way during CNY, we might choose to stay her again for our yearly CNY visits! Ps. It would have been a nice gesture to offer a complimentary dessert/cake/drinks as we mentioned we’re here for our wedding.

Abbiamo la suite dei bambini, alcune cose che potrebbero essere utili per gli altri. Posizione. È una situazione così vicina, ma finora. Possiamo vedere le principali attrazioni dalla nostra stanza. Sembra molto camminabile. Ma a causa dell'autostrada proprio davanti all'hotel, dobbiamo andare in una grande giro per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. Come tale, non consiglierei camminare. Ci siamo preso in giro. Il tempo di attesa può essere più lungo come non è KL. Tuttavia, opzione conveniente. I piloti di gratta erano amici e consigliati luoghi per andare. Camera. Spazioso per i tre di noi. Il bambino amava il letto di bunker, piccola tenda che si mettevano in piedi, tavolo per bambini e sedie con materiali coloranti. Molto pensativo dell'hotel. Il bagno sembra un po' date. Credo che sia un hotel più vecchio, ma vedo gli sforzi per sprayre l'ambiente. Bagno e pantaloncini da bagno sono forniti. Hotel. Fitness fitness. Buona abbastanza per un allenamento di vacanza. Piscina di base, concetto di infinità. La diffusione del colazione era in realtà molto decente, a differenza di quanto avevamo letto da previsioni precedenti. Il servizio è stato grande.Il personale ha sempre fatto del suo meglio per consigliare e aiutare. Si consiglia questa stanza per le famiglie con 1 o 2 bambini. Molto spazioso.

I had an overnight trip with parents during CNY period. It is very fabulous and wonderful service from the hotel. This is my first time to stay. Definitely paying such fee is worth it as their service quality is very great. Of course facility there also can satisfy me well. I like their shower system as well. Quite nice and comfortable. I definitely will pay for next stay again if have chance of coming to Malacca.

Mi ha preso la famiglia per viaggere melacca durante i fine settimana. I membri della famiglia Lotsa e questo hotel possono accogliere i miei membri con buona privacy. La posizione è grande e vicino mercato notturno. il parcheggio è gratuito e facile. Controllare l'ingresso n check out è facile! Wifi è un problema, ma può essere affrontato facilmente. La palestra e la piscina sono bellissimi. La pulizia dell'hotel può essere migliorata. In generale, tutto è grande e grande memoria. L'hotel è progettato con così antica e grande per la fotografia!! Hotel esterno è grande come paesi dell'Eurasia! Super fantastico e memorabile !!

The apartments are near the hotel by Hilton, the reception is run down, but the apartments are clean and big. I was alone with my husband, but we booked for a 2 room apartment so we can have 2 bathrooms, and to have big space. We are happy with our choosing. Great view, in walking distance from the Red Square city center (1.2km), tge pool is big and tgey have enough chairs to stay and be lazy there.
