Very good location. Walk distance to Jonker Street, the river, and some other attractions. Staff was friendly. They let us stay longer in the pool even though it closes at 7. The room was clean. Except for the moldy showerhead and the moldy window.

Tutto il personale, da receptionisti ai server alla sicurezza molto utile, amichevole n personale. Situato nel centro di un quartiere residenziale, è a piedi distante a Makhota Parade, ditaran mall n Jonker (tutto all’interno 15-20 min walk). Ma con l'appendicite GRAB n a prezzi così accessibili (confrontato a Singapore), se ci sono anziani nel gruppo, basta GRAB! Malacca è in realtà una città molto piccola. Per il 4d/3n eravamo qui, GRABBING ovunque, abbiamo trovato che stavamo effettivamente maneggiando all'interno del triangolo dell'hotel, jonker n city ctr. Tutti i locali n cibo che abbiamo visitato erano all'interno di questo triangolo. Così questo hotel è facilmente accessibile n conveniente. Se si soggiorna in città ctr, probabilità è che si deve fermare da Jonker almeno una volta n viceversa. Non si può n non si fermerà in una sola località. La diffusione del buffet di colazione non era ampia ma sostanziale.

This hotel was in a fantastic location in the heart of Melaka - so it was very convenient to come in and out of the hotel constantly in between shops and restaurants. The decor in the hotel is very nice and has lots of character with nice paintings etc. We stayed in the Kapital room on ground floor which was very large and bathroom was also large and bed was very comfortable. The free snacks and drinks was also a nice touch. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was OK, just need to get there earlier so that when they make the food it is warm. The staff were super friendly and helpful - and also organised transport to next destination at a very reasonable price - the staff were perfect. The cleanliness was excellent. The hotel rooms itself were very quiet - the only annoyance was people in the carpark at the back which was just outside our room late at night constantly letting off fireworks - ideally security should be able to get them to go away considering it is illegal to let off fireworks. The other issue in the room was the power kept disconnecting and connecting making a loud noise each time and meaning one needed to manually put the air conditioning back on each time which is OK during the day but not at night - this may have been a one off issue. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when in Melaka - we would probably stay in a different room though as there are many other options available. It is good value for money, fantastic location, fantastic staff, very comfortable and convenient.
