Melaka Tengah: hotel con bar

Il 27-29 dicembre 2024 sono rimasto presso ibis Melaka, e l'hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dalle Stadthuys e dalla strada Jonker, rendendolo molto conveniente per esplorare la zona. La pulizia dell'hotel è stata soddisfacente e le camere sono state ben mantenute, ma ci sono alcune aree per migliorare. Durante il colazione, il caffè e il tè non erano stati ripieni immediatamente, e il bar caffè era in qualche modo inconveniente, e sembrava che l'hotel fosse sottosufficientemente occupato durante il mio soggiorno. Nonostante queste questioni minori, la mia esperienza è stata in generale soddisfacente e mi premerebbe restare qui di nuovo per la sua grande posizione e le sue attrezzature decente.

Stayed here for my brother convocation day. I would say its a nice location for my purpose, only took us around 15mins. Parking is widely available around the building. As overall from check in to check out it was a comfortable stay. The premise was clean and neat. The staff was attentive and courteous, could be tad bit faster though. Breakfast buffet was basic, nice food but nothing extraordinary.

Given room was at 10th floor. Found out most of the rooms at the same level are abandon. As a solo traveller on business trip i Requested to change the room, waiting for hours to get the room through whatsapp. End up, i didnt get my room. They should have put notice informing guest that the level under maintenance or should not offer that level for guest.

Good experience special Staff Andy is very nice he very helpful tge location is great and the places is great too . One night stay they provided free one day parking ticket that was very good . Overall good . Next time will stay again

We had a great stay at Christee! Super clean and huge room! Breakfast was very good! Excellent service from all the staff! Keep it up! Definitely will come here again for our next trip in Melaka 🫶🏼 Highly recommended for families!

La stanza era pulita e confortevole, offrendo tutto quello che ci serve per una visita rilassante. Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole e utile, con una menzione speciale a Augustine dal ristorante, che andò sopra e oltre per rendere memorabile la nostra esperienza di cena. La mia famiglia ha davvero goduto del nostro tempo qui, e sicuramente torneremo per un altro soggiorno. Molto consigliato!

2nd time stay in this hotel,, ✅ Walking distance(in front of hotel) Putra Specialist Hospital, Orange Mart, Coffee shop and eatries shop nearby,, ✅ Cheaper ✅ Big and Spacious room ✅ Buffet breakfast super good and delicious🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ✅ Free parking 24hour ✅ All staff friendly, kind, helpful and professional. Make my check in and out smooth👍🏻 ✅ Basic aminities available .. ❓Maybe need some refurbish❓replace new one❓ - air cond (noisy and unadjustable) - Toilet: Water pressure not strong enough - Mattress: not comfy as “baby skin” - Housekeeping: need to hire more man power and improving the quality of work for better 👍🏻

Il servizio di manutenzione è di grande aiuto. Al momento del check-in in camera, la cassaforte era chiusa a chiave, la TV era spenta dalla fonte di alimentazione principale. Questi sono stati risolti immediatamente su richiesta. La pulizia della stanza è relativamente buona, ma può essere migliore, si può vedere della carta velina bloccata nel ventilatore dell'aria condizionata.

Amazing stay! Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. For someone who’s big on cleanliness, this place was spotless. Towels prepared for guests by the pool and in the gym, very thoughtful! Breakfast was good, and the location is really convenient. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Jonker Street, or you can grab a ride for less than RM6. Highly recommend this place!

We booked the river suite room, it was huge, the toilet is so spacious with bath tub with nice view of the river plus they have complimentary bath bomb. The balcony was nice especially at night. The bed also is good. The breakfast also good, however the area in the garden sometimes got awful smell maybe because of the river. In total, the hotel is very accessible and highly recommended.
