Room cleanliness need to be improved ⚠️ Room floor not proper clean, very dusty floor. Face Towels found stains and room toiletries set up not complete. Was travelling with family and we are satisfied with the stay. The hotel room is clean, breakfast can be improve. Overall, worth staying.

We had a splendid stay at Courtyard! Love the breakfast spread and comfortable stay. The room are spacious and the staffs were very warm and welcoming. We would definitely be back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends 😊

Being upgraded the seaview room but its quite afar from the hotel. The hotel room is okay but my expectations are abit higher for the price range. Lastly the room service need to be more alert as I found nail detached from door stopper which could potentially be a safety threat for my three year old.

Good location took about 20 minute walk to tourist spot, staff are helpful are friendly.

I booking 2 rooms , 1 night and each room selected 2 beds in 1 room (sea view)..while we are check in spent quite long time. While we reached at room , 1 room has 2 beds, another room has 1 bed only ..so we called to operator ..I say we booking 2 beds but operator also say this hotel no have 2 beds in 1 room 😢 so I ask my Malaysian friend talk with her by local language..We wait 15-20 mins and move to other room.. While we check in ,staff ask us to register car if want park at building and say FREE Parking.. Morning when want move car at gate , machine require pay 35 MYR. For gate open. While check in , I ask receipt he say tomorrow can get.While check out other staff say receipt have require at app trip.com 😢 (Condition to pay is credit card at hotel) We pay 2 rooms, 1 night but have pay parking 35 MYR. Feed 😔 bad Staffs seems like young and not understand many things.We selected 5 star hotel and we quite expect more good service than this. Room quite new ..I like shower rain feel good, showegel shampoo quality and pillow more comfortable. Breakfast is ok.. good 👍
