Hotel in zona Haus Meer, Meerbusch

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, quasi all'aeroporto. A causa del volo precoce, ho anche fatto un soggiorno anticipato alla reception.Personalmente, il prezzo è leggermente costoso, haha.

First impressions were reasonable, but during our first morning at the hotel, everything soon went downhill. From 8am till around 4pm there were two separate 'evacuations' into the hotel lobby with fire and police services being called both times. After the first evacuation, we went into town, came back 4 hours later, only for the whole hotel to be evacuated again!! Hotel staff were short tempered and nasty, bluntly barking at us to evacuate with hours going by until they finally told us there'd been a water leak. An emergency situation is understandable and I'm not bothered about that event, but the staff's handling of it was utterly poor. A question about needing to return to a hotel room, after several hours of waiting, to collect an inhaler for asthma, was met with grossly insensitive jokes about secretly taking ecstasy and then we were ignored. This whole ordeal largely amounted to the hot water being switched off, which then remained off for several days. One staff member teased we would get 'freebies' from the hotel as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience; this did not happen. The main hotel lifts became unusable and after being instructed to use the service lifts instead, a bartender charged towards us screaming and being unbelievably hostile, refusing to let us pass or listen to what other hotel staff had literally just informed us to do. His behaviour was diabolical, but he made no apologies for himself and excused himself from the conversation. It was outrageous seeing the entire hotel be displaced in such a clunky and slapdash way. Most of the hotel staf were rude, blunt and pompous. One single receptionist was polite and friendly, and that was the woman who checked us out. Every three or four hours someone was knocking at our door or entering our room for cleaning purposes; we could scarcely relax. We've never felt so harassed in a hotel. The hotel cups provided were barely fit for a gobful of drink and they even took away our only spoon to stir our drinks. The sanitisation standards of the hotel were inadequate, failing to provide basic antibacterial or hand soaps in rooms; I had to use a face soap to wash my hands and the red seating between the lobby and bar was heavily stained with black marks. The restaurant always seemed closed, tha bar never had more than three tables with customers, the bar layout was so cramped that I banged my leg trying to take a seat and the entire hotel decor was dreary and miserable. Most of the TV channels didn't work either. I think the only positives were having a free apple from the bowl in reception every day and ultimately leaving the hotel forever!

A causa del sonno, del parcheggio e del volo, abbiamo prenotato ibis vicino alla porta, ma ibis non aveva alcuna opzione di cibo (luglio 23) almeno non la sera! Ci è stato detto di andare vicino alla porta al Novotel per cena (la stessa compagnia). Novotel è una sorta di posto a stile fast food/canteen, senza ambienza, alto, parzialmente autoservizio! ? (divorzio! Ordina da un menu e ottenere un buzzer per arrivare se il cibo è pronto e raccoglierlo a un conto 😖). Mal prezzo/qualità. Pagate molto per il mediocre industriale, rinfrescato, non speziato ecc ... cibo di comodità. No grazie, No Grazie, non merci ...

Nice room and good service. Not many kind of food in cafe / restaurant. Breakfast is with many difference chooses.

The location is great and easy access to anywhere. It’s just 5 mins walk to Königsallee shopping area and also not far from Messe Düsseldorf exhibition centre. Will be back again.

L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, a poche decine di metri dai bagagli. È molto comodo. L'acqua calda nell'hotel è buona. La signora del servizio clienti è molto paziente nel rispondere alle domande. Molto amichevole

Come hotel a breve distanza, tutto è in linea con le mie aspettative. Ho fatto un errore con la prenotazione della stanza, ma l’hotel non mi permetterebbe di passare le date in avanti di un giorno. Ho finito di fare una seconda prenotazione per adattare la data di arrivo. Così ho pagato un giorno extra, che non sono rimasto, che è estremamente costoso. Trip.com ha fatto del suo meglio per aiutare, per il quale sono stato più grato. La gestione dell'hotel ha certamente qualcosa di cui preoccuparsi.

Is my third time stayed in Holiday Inn Express in three different country, I’m definitely recommend it to everyone who looking for a nice and cheap hotel to stay one or two night.

Molto amichevole e professionale. L'intero hotel e le camere sono mantenute molto pulite e tempestive. La posizione è davvero conveniente, con una facile distanza a piedi dal centro della città, bus e stazioni ferroviarie. C'è un grande caffè con personale molto amichevole intorno all'angolo della stessa struttura, nonché un piccolo negozio di vendita e una stazione di gas/vendita nella stessa partita. La mia unica denuncia, come nella maggior parte degli hotel che ho usato di recente, è che i letti sono troppo morbidi questi giorni, come un gigantico pollo soffocato. Questo sembra essere una tendenza annoiante e non specifico per McDreams, quindi nonostante questa una questione, se rivedere la città, riuscirei assolutamente a usare l'hotel McDreams.
