Pilih hotel ni sebab lokasi. Cumanya susah nak dapat hotel ni sebab cepat sold out. Haritu masa check in receptionist surprisingly ramah, which was a bit odd sebab customer service kat Saudi ni takda lah beriya sangat ramah. Check in macam biasa lepas Asar. Hotel memang sangat2 busy so jarang sangat2 akan dapat early check in. Easily accessible untuk yang pakai wheelchair. Lif banyak. Walaupun orang ramai tapi ok sebab lif banyak. Overall akan stay sini lagi inshaallah.

the food is horrible...especially for Malaysian/indonesian food

The only thing is good location. We stay there 4 days nobody came to clean room. Very small room beds are not comfortable at all.

All good and near by mesjid also Indo restaurant just next door.....

For Umrah perform we stay and it was nice and better than before

Great stay at a reasonablu priced hotel. Food variety was not great though. But probably ok for most other patrons as majority are here for religious reasons rather than their tummies.

L'hôtel est bien placé, juste à côté de la mosquée. Cependant, il y a du monde lors de mon passage et le service et accueil n'est pas au top.

Hotelnya baguusss... kamar mandi bersih, staff ramah. Dket ke masjid nabawi. Proses cekin cepaat, kebetulan tiba di hotel jam 10malam jdi pas sepi
