Avevo prenotato 2 camere doppie per 4 persone dal 27 Aprile al 01 Maggio 2024 con largo anticipo; con tanto di mail scritta di conferma dell'Hotel Due giorni prima dell'arrivo, scrivo per conferma e mi rispondono che è naturalmente tutto confermato e che le 2 camere sarebbero state disponibili dalle ore 15,00 del 27.04 ... forse anche prima. Arriviamo in Hotel il 27 Aprile ore 16,00 ... e tra lo stupore della ragazza all'accoglienza ... non ci sono 2 camere ma bensì solo una !!! Nella prenotazione avevo più voltre scritto 2 camere specificando anche tutti e 4 i nomi degli occupanti !!! Fatto sta ... che noi iamo a 1.600 Km da casa senza Hotel ... ci propongono una sistemazione in un Hotel vicino ... e per scusarsi ci dicono che saremmo stati loro ospiti una sera a cena e che avrebbero pagato le colazioni nell'altro hotel che noi non avevamo inizialmente richiesto. Accettiamo ... anche perchè non abbiamo alternative. Arrivati all'hotel, paghiamo la cifra pattuita con il primo albergo ... ma al momento del check out ... il nuovo hotel ci chiede i soldi per 4 colazioni per 4 giorni ... gli diciamo che come concordato erano a carico del Ysbrantsz e di chiamare, nonostante la telefonata, ritratta quello che ci aveva detto verbalmente e ci vediamo costretti a pagare 240,00 € per 8 colazioni ! Credo come detto a Ysbrantsz che nel lavoro possono verificarsi dei problemi, il punto è come uno li risolve ! Nel nostro caso, Ysbrantsz non solo ha creato un grosso e imperdonabile errore peggiorando non mantenendo quello detto per tentare di risolvere ! MALISSIMO !

Ambiguous pre-arrival info: check-in was between 8am-5:30pm but that is only to check-in not to get a room. Our room wasn’t ready until 3pm. Nice position. We used the entrance around the back through the garden rather than off the main square and through the restaurant. Decent room and immaculately clean shower room. The lack of door from the shower/washroom to the bedroom was slightly disconcerting (the toilet is separate… and has a door). Pantry in the corridor with free fruit and drinks was a nice touch. Beer/wine/snacks were available as a payable option. Breakfast is pre-selected off a grid of options the night before. It was minimalistic and I would probably opt to eat out next time. And I think there will be a next time, Hoorn has plenty to keep visitors occupied and the Ysbrantsz is definitely worth another stay.

Beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Lots of original touches. Great breakfast options and the staff were all lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We can immediately say that our stay was a wonderfully positive experience! Super room, very comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. And a team of very friendly people. On Friday evening we enjoyed the five-course menu with very tasty adapted wines. In short: we will definitely come back! Probably at a time when there is no fair, but ultimately that didn't affect our overall experience.

Very beautiful and clean room. A fairly new modern hotel close to all the activities in town. Friendly staff and hotel is walkable to train station.

A very nice modern Boutique Hotel with only 10 rooms in the Center of Hoorn, 1 minute to the central market place and 3 minuted to the sea,very good beds! We can also recommend the restaurant We had the 5 and 6 course menu and everything was delicious
