Hotel con piscina a Medan

Il personale non ha un atteggiamento di saluto e ospite, eccetto sicurezza, sicurezza così bello, camera buona e pulita ma così rumoroso, forse a posto hotel nel centro città. acqua calda si scioglie, e acqua così piccolo un giorno prima di andare fuori. Come viaggiatore di un'altra città (sono da Bali e qui per Natale) noleggio moto come il nostro trasporto migliore e più economico, la zona di parcheggio non è sicuro. Perché la nostra moto in affitto sta muovendo da ieri sera, e il nostro casco è perso, con l'esito che siamo così in battaglia per muoverci l'altro posto, come sapete, senza casco la polizia mi fermerà. Ho riportato questa situazione al parcheggio del personale, ma non ci sono scuse o altri dire scusa per questa situazione dal personale incaricato o di gestione, dicono solo ”Helm and hilang bukan tanggung jawab kami ( la tua cascata non è nostra responsabilità )”. Stiamo soggiornando 3 notti come stranieri con saluti o ospiti e l'ultima notte abbiamo perso il nostro casco e non ci sono soluzione e un altro non ci sono tessuti aggiuntivi ( faccia o tessuto igienico), caffè e zucchero, Acqua minerale (ampiezza ) dal primo giorno e quando si formano spazio non lo hanno cambiato, dobbiamo dire alla ricezione proprio per questo, perché un'industria ospite sappiamo spazio e servizio è il prodotto di base. So che questi sono nuovi hotel, ma senza i clienti di servizio non vogliono tornare.Grazie e buoni applausi.

So lovely! I stayed in a king junior suite which was great value for money. My room was spotless, it was such a treat to use the free toiletries, wear the robe and slippers, use the coffee machine and variety of coffees, sleep in the huge comfy bed and watch my Netflix. The restaurant has huge windows perfect for watching the sunset and the variety and quality of food was brilliant. I also loved the pool with fresh towels on the sun beds and waterfall feature. The best thing about it though was the lovely staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Only downside is it’s such a busy location, I didn’t venture out much I preferred the peace of the hotel. It’s not far from the airport though and the receptionist booked my taxi for me. I am definitely staying here next time I visit :)

A clean and good hotel with best location in Medan city. My room was large, clean and very comfortable. Came around 15.20, and had to wait the room to be ready around 15 minutes. And not even a welcome drink served during my waiting time. No complain but that small gesture is kinda needed... However the FO lady who handled me was very friendly... Very recommended to stay here...

Grande hotel per soggiornare. Anche se abita vecchio ma è ben mantenuto. L'hotel è sopra un centro commerciale aperto. Seduto al livello 9-11 del centro commerciale aperto. Il colazione ha molte varietà.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno qui, buon ambiente, amare l'odore della stanza e lobby. Il colazione è anche buono, molte varietà. Il personale è molto buono, così amichevole e utile. Non si pentirà di rimanere qui. Molto consigliato e prezzo conveniente. Ho incontrato Fauziah e lei è così gentile

Tutto era perfettamente bene! Mi ha solo un po' sconvolto che il bintang locale costa 12€. Anche senza il servizio di €. 10€ è molto. Ma il personale era molto amichevole e utile a tutto.

FRONTDESK: Absolutely great people, from start till the time a check out - the level is service is no where incomparable to any of the hotels I have stayed in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam or Thailand. Most of the time, traveling in these countries they tend to worship westerners but in Indonesia everyone are treated equally as guests. The only problem I had with this hotel was the room - it was dim, no plug or USB point to plug my laptop and work gadgets or comfortable chair or table to work from - it was a business trip and need strong WiFi as well. (Just my room, I cant speak for the rest) - but when my driver picked my airport - he did ask why i did I chose to stay at Grand Inna?? The place needs a big upgrade and refurbishment. The location is Ideal to be in the city centre, nice eateries around but room not so great. Food is great though.

Looks grand hotel from Marriot… but - not helpful although we are their group members… but to the politic figures also staying there special treatment… - I just request away from noise but they intentionally subject me to more noises. STRESSED!!!! - the bed are small. - the toilet only overhead shower. - no shaver and no comb… - the fridge not cold… - the breakfast food so…so… food not hot and are hard… food not replenish immediately… the only nice food is the Lontong Medan… - the bar serve margarita was bad… For me, I will skip this hotel where possible… unless there are no more better hotel…

Il vecchio hotel, il coridore n mobili in camera sono vecchi n goccia di pittura, la camera Acon non è abbastanza forte, dopo l'assistenza del tecnico, condizioni un po 'più. La buona cosa è avere una piccola piscina, i bambini godono di essa.

Great ambience, facilities and location! All staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a variety of local food. Can be better with a coffee machine and egg station.
