Hotel in zona Masjid Raya Miftahul Iman, Medan

Hier in 2013 op doorreis verbleven. Destijds een erg goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, schone kamers en een erg fijn zwembad. Het personeel kwam vriendelijk over en de ligging was uitstekend. Op de foto’s zag het er beter uit dan in het echt, maar daar was de prijs dan ook weer naar. Prima overnachting gehad.

Punti positivi: - Camera confortevole - Camera pulita (eccetto la bagno) - TV intelligente con app streaming (ma devi avere la tua sottoscrizione) - Dimensione della camera - Parquet floor - Posizione Punti negativi - Deposito è un MUST (l'hotel pensa che qualsiasi ospite abbia intenzione malvagia di rubare oggetti di stanza. Per favore, non sono nemmeno il top della linea). Non si può usare questo deposito per pagare il servizio di stanza (forse può se si deposita più, come molto più). Dopo il check-out, il desk front will have sb check the room before refunding your deposit. Geez. - soundproofing is not available. Si può sentire il rumore della porta accanto, il traffico, il treno vicino, e peggio, il rumore del club in alto piano). ma non lo elimina (e si prelevano più per questa stanza!!) - colazione è fondamentale - la drenaggio della camera da bagno non può completamente drenare acqua. Prendi una doccia alla sera e vedrai ancora qualche puddle al mattino. Grosso. - Wi-Fi è colpito e miss

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

Un giorno così bello che passo lì .. la vista era anche molto sorprendente.. e il servizio era così buono.. Vieni a visitare molto presto di nuovo inshaAllah

Ho avuto un bel soggiorno al JW Marriott, Medan. Ho voluto un posto con buone strutture per qualche giorno alla fine dei miei viaggi dove potrei rilassarmi prima di fare il mio viaggio a casa. L'hotel ha una grande varietà di opzioni di ristorante, il cibo era molto buono. La palestra è stata la migliore che abbia mai visto in tutti gli hotel che ho visitato in Asia, attrezzature di qualità professionale e strutture. Le camere erano più vecchie, ma molto spaziose, confortevoli e ben mantenute, ma la cosa che mi rendeva più piacevole era il meraviglioso personale e il servizio che avevano fornito. In quanto solitario, è importante per me sentire in salvo, avere un senso di cura, amicizia e sostegno. Il personale di questo hotel è andato oltre e sopra per cercarmi e aiutarmi in ogni modo che possano, niente è stato troppo difficile. Se fossi di nuovo a Medan, rimarrei certamente lì di nuovo.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Il loro servizio è grande. La loro stanza è accogliente e pulita. La loro posizione è vicina al Merdeka Walk e al Deli Park Mall. Dietro l'hotel c'è anche KFC. Grazie per HM Bu Emmy, che mi saluta sempre, Kak Merita, che mi permette di rimanere un mese con un buon prezzo, Kak Ayu, che aiuta bene e Kak Yori, che pulisce bene la mia stanza. Anche tutta la squadra che non posso menzionare il nome uno per uno. Ben fatto, squadra. Continuate a lavorare!

friendly people's and helpful, nice and clean, nice restaurant and bar near by fit for western people's as foods if you don't expect on Indonesian foods, I highly recommend.

Looks grand hotel from Marriot… but - not helpful although we are their group members… but to the politic figures also staying there special treatment… - I just request away from noise but they intentionally subject me to more noises. STRESSED!!!! - the bed are small. - the toilet only overhead shower. - no shaver and no comb… - the fridge not cold… - the breakfast food so…so… food not hot and are hard… food not replenish immediately… the only nice food is the Lontong Medan… - the bar serve margarita was bad… For me, I will skip this hotel where possible… unless there are no more better hotel…

Stavo per soggiornare durante la stagione di EID, prenotato per 10 camere. Il manager, il signor Saut Purba, è stato molto utile nel aiutare le mie prenotazioni. Ha cercato di soddisfare la mia richiesta, come la sala di connessione e lo stesso livello di piano, perché sono rimasto con la mia grande famiglia. La miglior sorpresa era la sala di aggiornamento al decimo piano per me stesso. Grazie mille! Il signor Saut ha anche assistito a organizzare la sorpresa di compleanno per mio fratello, alcuni agenti ci stanno unendo per colpire la sua stanza con una bella torta di gioia e desideri. Il colazione era eccellente, il cibo è delizioso, me e la mia famiglia lo amavano. Questo hotel ha servito diverse opzioni sul loro buffet colazione. Questo hotel aveva anche una bella piscina, non era grande ma pulito e sicuro per i bambini. Il personale del front office è magnifico durante il check-out.Infine, grazie per un soggiorno così memorabile. :-)
