It’s a decent place with comfy beds and cooling air conditioning. But the problem is that the blower wasn’t mounted properly and is shaking like a sugar cane juice machine. Other than that no issue with the room. There is a welcome drink, to claim it you should go to a lounge on the second floor. When you get there they present you a menu and ask you to select a drink, only after you order the drink off their menu do they actually bring the welcome drink telling you that the drink you ordered is also on its way. I honestly believe it’s a gimmick or a scam. Very disappointed.

The newest hotel in Medan city. Beautiful facade and lobby with a small gym and swimming pool on level 2. We had a peaceful night sleep on level 6. Didn’t hear any loud music from the 16th floor of bar/disco. The only sound we heard is the occasional train that passes on the tracks which was nice to watch. Welcome drink was appreciated on arrival. The breakfast buffet spread was lovely and extensive. It’s really walking distance to Delipark Mall. Will be back again. Our Deluxe King room was alright but we found it weird when there is a notice to inform us not to flush toilet paper in the WC so had to use the bidet.

Good service, clean room and location just right in the middle of the city

Location was good. Walking distance to malls. Tv has Netflix capabilities. Bed was comfy. Toilet clean.

Always booked this hotel whenever wr travelled to Medan. Prime location in town, near to most of the shopping malls. Staff are friendly and can understand English. Room is clean and spacious.

The hotel was nice n all. Service was excellent. Very clean n centrally located. Breakfast buffet was ok, not great but not bad either. My only gripe was the towel provided. They have seen their days. Its not the quality of a 5* or even a 4* hotel. They were quite old n frailed. The other thing was...they only provide 1 pillow per bed. I have never been to any hotel, ever, that only provide 1 pillow per person. That was very unusual...It was a beautiful hotel never the less...

I have very bad experienced, booked for 3 nights stay from 10 April - 13 April 2025. Sleepless for my entire stayed due to very bad soundproof and night entertainment (club / KTV facilities) allocated above the guest's room. The music was too loud and the neighbor's room making big noise with poor soundproof. complained made and that's not working. NOT a good place to stay for 'business Traveller or light sleeper". Towels with stain and torn hand towel.
